I think their ego's are too big at this store and I only say that because the people that were working Saturday night: Aug 26th 2017 made me feel so outcasted. My partner and I went in to this Finish Line for back to school shoes and we were greeted nicely by one tall young man with ( I point out his features b/c he was the only nice dude) I was shopping around and found a shoe I wanted to try on. When I went up to the front desk about 5 workers were standing there joking around about their weekend encounters and I asked if someone could help me and they dispersed like cockroaches. Thankfully one girl stayed (long black hair) even tho she made it seem like such a chore she came back with my shoe size. I was about to try them on when one worker (whom was talking about his encounters) stood right in front of the mirror when I was just about to use it... Customers first? I waited until he checked himself out first then was about to say something but he strutted off still joking with fellow employees. I felt like I was not at all helped... I felt like I was bothering them during their social hour. Regardless, I was still excited about my new shoes but as we were about to check out the tall cashier lady rolled her eyes and acted very tired when she processing my purchase. It was silent and awkward for a few moments and the mode was very cold. Thankfully we got the shoes I liked and got out of there! We experienced what this store had to offer and will not be buying shoes from here because this experience was...
Read moremarch 14, 2022, Today i had the worst experience ever. One of the workers was arguing with what appeared to be a boyfriend or ex in front of customers, completely ignoring me & other customers in the store. Waited 20 minutes, literally in front of her, for her to say " someone will be with you in a minute" WHILE ARGUING WITH THE MAN!! She then screamed at an employee who came in a few minutes before their shift to clock on so she could go out of the store to keep arguing... I then still waited 15 minutes to be helped out by the newer employee who came in. The guy had no idea what he was doing apparently it was his first or second day. I wanted to order shoes online, while still in store to get a military discount. He had no idea how to do the order. he then proceeded to make me fill out my own information with the computer, making me enter my address, email, & my card information. and I still did not get a military discount. I basically checked myself out, which i could have done online. Such a waste of time & $$.
Dont shop there unless you want to wait for workers to finish arguing about “other females” with their bf while WORKING ON THE CLOCK
mind you another lady asked the two who were arguing if they worked there so she could get help & STILL PROCEEDED TO ARGUE &...
Read moreAwful customer service. We walked in and were the only ones in the store, the boy and girl working didn’t even glance at us. Never acknowledged us. I went to three other shoe stores prior to them and every single one we walked into we heard “hello, welcome in!”
I was clearly looking for a specific shoe but they didn’t bother asking if I needed anything. I grabbed a shoe off the display and tried it on, and decided I wanted to buy it. When I walked up to the at the register the girl with the short hair looked bothered that I was asking their help. She didn’t even look at me she just stared into her computer licking her lollipop. She then sent the guy to look for the shoes in the back. Gave me attitude the entire time while I was paying… smh just so bad.
There are many other shoe stores in the mall, I can understand why they had no people in there with employees like that, seem like they’re miserable...
