I have 3 stars ONLY because employee Marcus gives me a hard time every single time he is working and I come through the drive thru. He is the ONLY one that does and Iâve been coming to this Starbucks for years! He makes my visit crappy and I honestly donât know what this guys problem is but he comes across so arrogant and he will tell me how my drink is going to be made rather than listen and make my drink I PAY FOR how Iâd like it! He also has this smirk on his face almost like he thinks he is above others. Every time I come and he is there they never put enough crunch topping on my drink. I pay EXTRA to have more and if I say Iâd like more he will respond with âI was right there when they made your drink so itâs fineâ! Policy states that if the customer is not happy with the drink made you as the barista are supposed to offer to remake it at no extra cost. Not debate and argue with the customer. The drink they made yesterday poured all down my shirt and pants and side of car because they didnât ensure the lid was on. No offer of apology just an âoops are u okâ! One would think after that happened and I asked for more topping it would be a given to make it right. I didnât need the entire drink remade I simply asked for them to put some of the crunch topping in a small cup and here goes Marcus coming to the window debating with me AGAIN! When I asked why is he the only one that has an issue with my request he then responded with how he will be having a talk with his manager and the other supervisor. He said it in a way as though he calls the shots and they do what he says when he is NOT a manager! He is just super arrogant and he really shouldnât be in customer service if heâs going to argue with customers and not make their drinks the way THEY want them made! Whatever his reason is for being such a horrible person and making other peoples day unpleasant he is NOT a good fit for Starbucks. Everything is black and white with this guy and he doesnât have the skill set of thinking outside the box. He doesnât know how to make the customer happy and I cringe every time I see that he is working when I come. With that said, shout out to Becky, Amber, and Tara for ALWAYS making my drink right and they are the ONLY reason I continue to give my business to this location. There are a few other really nice and good employees as well but I donât know their names. As for the manager Sheila, I want to believe that she is a good one too but I am starting to get the vibe that she doesnât really care much about the customer experience as well. I have never had a direct issue with her but when Iâve shared feedback with her she tends to just be very vague and seems uninterested. Starbucks do better by vetting who all you have working for you because they represent you! Just because someone knows how to make a drink doesnât mean they know much about delivering quality...

My daughter was sipping her ribbon crunch and bit through what she thought was a crunch and it turned out to be a nasty fly. Called the store to let them know and the manager offered a to refund and replace the order. Leaving me to believe the order and the 3 drinks refunded and replacedâŚ..Cool, happy customer! after work, went back to the drive thru and the same manager says âi didnt know there was more than one drinkâ and argued with me saying thats not what she said, ok whatever maybe i misheardâŚ. Upon pulling up to the window i asked âarent the drinks blended together if they are the same exact orderâ and my extremely shy soft spoken daughter says im embarassing her and i need to be nice mind you im in the passenger seat speaking over my husband who is driving and the traffic from bell rd so i was a bit louder than normal. The manager attempts to school me on how blenders work and i tell her no need its fine. I tell my daughter im not being rude im just speaking louder so she can hear me and my husband hears the manager rather rudely and snotty say âactually youâre being really rude to meâ. I didnt hear this but had i of then little miss would of been schooled on what rude and mean is and proper enunciation and speaking clearly is not! Never have i ever been talked to like a child by a damn child who thinks shes better than everyone else. Little girl- speak louder when youbwork the drive thru- i couldnt hear your insult over the traffic however if theres a next time i frequent your filthy establishment ill be sure to be mean and whisper my rudeness to you. What could have been 5 stars quickly turned into a 1 star due to your lack of professionalism because your attitude makes me think this fly thing is a frequent issue and not a random one off, implying that you fail to ensure a clean coffee bar. The audacity of accusing your customer of being rude when you were rude from the get while i was trying to make your job easie?. I didnt need a blender lesson. We are all busy and i didnt want to take up any more of your time than what we already had, your customer service skills are non existent. I would have left happier if you were actually nice and empathetic and didnt refund or replace the drink. your attitude and not honoring what you said over the phone and issuing the refund and replacing one drink has sent us to dutch from now on where customer service...

Stefanie, who also claims to be a regional manager for the location was not only rude and unprofessional but she was on a power trip.
Another worker who took my order advised me they canât do free pup cups and instead you need to make a purchase in order to, so i asked what the cheapest item on the menu was. She recommended the cream cheese single pack. So i ordered that with my pup cup.
As i went to pay at the window Stefanie very rudely told me i canât do that and i need to spend more money. Which is completely false and untrue i was told i needed to make A purchase, not a specific dollar amount minimum.
She not only snapped at the worker saying she canât do that, but she also snapped at me to spend more money. The worker mentioned that she thought it would be fine because itâs still a purchase, but stefanie said she canât let me just purchase the single pack of creame cheese, i need to spend more money. Which again doesnât make any sense why not just charge for the pup cup at that point?
I feel very bad for how she spoke to the other worker in front of me, and seemed as if she didnât want to give us the pup cup at all just due to having power over everyone. Super rude and put a bad taste in my mouth.
The worker really seemed like she just wanted to help us out and Stefanie just instituted on being rude and unwilling to help.
In the end, i spent more money just because i didnât want my dogs going home upset and i also felt bad for the worker Stefanie was scolding in-front of customers.
As an owner of a business myself, i would never let someone like her run a location or be in charge of anything. No customer service skills, rude, snappy, and mean. Stay...
