Don’t go here!! This place is not to be trusted with valuable pieces of jewelry! We’ve been back and forth after dropping off my wedding ring for maintenance since February 2025. Lies continue to be told, and excuses from manager Bryan are being made consistently. We were told our ring would be ready by March and never received a call. We had to make the calls multiple times, and each time they gave us an excuse as to why the ring wasn’t ready. Fast forward a few months, now July they claim the ring was “lost” by UPS and they haven’t taken any accountability in this situation. It is really upsetting that this has happened and to them it doesn’t seem to be a big deal. This ring means a lot to us and Helzberg has made no effort to give the ring or a replacement back. We are the ones who constantly keep reaching out (they have not made an effort at all to be the ones to contact us). We are devastated! As the months go on we still have no answers and get more upset each day. It is frustrating and heartbreaking, and hope that Helzberg is able to replace the ring. I hope to get answers and hope that the company takes accountability. My ring was taken from me, a special ring that meant so much to me; it was given to me with love. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else if you don’t want your...
Read moreI purchased a necklace and the rep (older Filipino woman) was trying to push the extended care plan, which is fine but the lie she said to sell it is unacceptable.
The necklace is $150 and the warranty was $35, a bit excessive which is why I declined it a few times. She then says her manager (Hispanic male) will approve her giving me an employee discount which would give me 50% off the warranty. I agree and purchase it, then as he walks away she says "Thank you sir for my discount". She also gave me a coupon for $15 off my next purchase.
When I get home I look over the receipt and see that I was never given a 50% discount on the warranty, instead she scanned that same coupon she just gave me, and charged me full price on the warranty.
I went back to return the warranty and the gentlemen did try to get me to keep it but after he spoke to his manager (same hispanic guy from before), he returns the $35 and im on my way. They have quotas to hit and I know extended care plans is a huge part of it, but you dont lie to customers to sell it. And since the manager was in on it too, I wonder what else they lie about. Will never return...
Read moreI'm unaware of any other company that asks clients to foretell the future as to when a store will be closed, due to a tardy employee, during business hours and then make the client responsible for it. New management felt it necessary to recite company policy instead of provide good customer service. I won't be purchasing from this store again. My ring was damaged and submitted for repairs under my warranty. After a few weeks, I received a phone call stating my ring was back and ready for pickup. I was invited to come by during business hours to retrieve it. I live out of the way and planned a special trip to arrive close to lunch hour knowing they should be open. The opening employee was late, very late, and I waited an hour for someone to show up. No one showed up while I was waiting. Having to leave empty handed, I called the store later in the day and was informed they would not mail my ring back to me because I would have had to "set that up" when I dropped it off. That is the definition of divination. Am I really expected to be responsible for an employee being late? There was no apology with reparation offered for the...
