Hello everyone. Sorry to tell you #crocs decided to make intellectual property claims because o had 4 listings on Etsy. Even though I had 8000 products and designs that are not crocs lookalike. And that I did not know they had a patent. And that all the print on demand stores sell the shoes to everyone. #crocs decided not to listen to my honest story and not to withdraw their claim for 4 listings and even though they sell millions to people. My store is a 2 pero. Store. It’s me and my mum. And the profits help to feed animals in the streets. So this lawyer for #crocs have decided that my store should be close. Not listening to the entire story and punish me young Latino women. So it’s not that I violated 4 listings. It is #racism #discrimination #crocs #boycott...
Read moreI recently received a pair of Crocs for Christmas that unfortunately did not work out. I decided to go to this Crocs store the day after Christmas. Probably one of the busiest days. Well, it didn't feel that way in the store. Every employee was very attentive, answering questions, and even running to the back to grab me the right size. One employee even helping me make the final color choice. Once at the register my return was handled with the utmost understanding of why my item was being returned. No questioning or ill will. Read moreAs I made my way into the store, an associate greeted me and told me that if I bought a pair of crocs that the 2nd pair would be 50%, which put a smile on my face. When I was ready to chose my pair, and in line to pay, they told me that it only applied to the other new models and not the originals...smh. With that being said I did not pick one, or anything, and put back the shoes on the shelf. That was really upsetting to be honest, and that is why I have to say....its just not cool to do that to customers....if you got a sale going on, it should apply all across, not just certain pairs...
