Had lunch here. Went around 11:40ish and even though there were only 2 people in line, it took 10-15 minutes to place my order. I waited because I really wanted a healthier option like their salads. I finally get up to order and he tells me they're out of salads (at 11:49 am). I order a sandwich and it took another 10-15 minutes to get it. 3 Door Dashers came in to pick up while I waited. It was disgusting to see food handlers not changing gloves. They will be holding a dirty rug to wipe off food spills from the counter without bothering to change gloves. The person attending the oven was worse. She did not wear any gloves at all while cleaning her counter and wiping off soot from the oven and she handled the breads with her bare hands. People are looking. Sanitary practices should be observed at all times. Staff should be trained and made aware of health...

Very impressed with the service I received from Bernice today. I have tons of dietary restrictions right now and she paid extra special attention to make sure my food order didn’t include anything that would harm me. Many others would’ve negligently misled me to make the sale and gone about their day.
