Called ahead to ask about even exchanging an item I received as a gift. The gal who answered was very positive & welcoming. I was super impressed & excited to come in and get the correct sizing.

Upon my arrival I walked in, wasn’t greeted. The store rep informed me they don’t do that… I informed the guy I just talked to someone… then a gal with purple hair was super friendly explaining the only option was to return for a in store gift card. Keep in mind I am 100% okay with that. Then a dark haired gal comes over and tells me I am being rude about this since it wasn’t their items they sold. I calmly explained this is a GIFT not something I purchased. I just want to exchange the items and get the correct sizing. She then told me due to my attitude (that I didn’t have) I need to leave. I kindly asked if there was another location that was more accommodating or if we could swap the item as an even exchange. They said no.

Worst customer service ever! I went in the store by myself. No one greeted me when I entered. There were in total 3 employees, 2 girls and one guy. And just about 2 customers. The 2 girls were having a long conversation and didn’t stop when I came around, even until I left. They just gave me weird stares. Especially the 2 girls. I heard a customer ask them a question and they all ignored. Later on in the same day, I brought my wife to show her something I liked for her. No one greeted us upon entering the store. There must have been about 3 customers inside. 3 employees were behind the register the whole time until one black man checked on a mother and daughter who were trying on shoes right next to us. He asked them if they were still doing okay and didn’t bother saying anything to us after making eye contact. I repeat, we were RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. About 3 feet away. It’s the little things that count and not even a smile goes a long way. We will not...

I came into the store and wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, I kindly asked for a size and the employee said they don’t have any in that size. So I asked what sizes they do have and she wouldn’t tell me. They gave me three guesses for a size, which resulted in me leaving with out making a purchase. The staff was very unhappy and not willing to help. It’s unbelievable how at this store you can’t ask what sizes they have in a shoe. If a shoe is on display for customers I should be able to ask for any size in any shoe I want no matter what the shoe is. This is one of many bad experiences I’ve had at this store, one time they wouldn’t let me buy two pairs of shoes. If you don’t want people buying the shoes then don’t display them. Overall this store is horribly managed and has horrible staff. Therefore I will never be coming back to this store and I’m switching to only adidas shoes. Nike is too high over their heads.
