CUSTOMERS BEWARE DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH AND INSULTED WHILE SPENDING YOUR MONEY!!!! Pandora corporate needs to shut this location down or fire all of its current employees! ALL OF THEM!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I have been to Pandora stores ALL over the USA and spent several thousand dollars, but this one is the WORST!! You can feel the horrific aura when you enter the store!! It's employees are racist, rude as hell, have horrid cocky attitudes, mistreat loyal Pandora customers, and shouldn't be employed by this brand!!!! I went in to return an unopened/unworn gift purchased 3 days prior to stepping foot in this location. It was never taken out the box once purchased until Yahedodo, with the aviator eyegoggles on, took it out the box. Yahedodo said she'd take a look at the item when I advised her I was making a return. You could feel the unpleasant vibe INSTANTLY once I advised I was not making a purchase but a return. She pulled the item out the box stared at it above her eyegoggles for several minutes wiped it up and down with her hands. Then went and got a cloth wiped it up and down some more. So you can image how insinuating and insulting this is when the item was boxed from the 1st store and never opened/unboxed until this store employee unboxed it!!! I said "It was never taken out the box." I'm not sure what she was wiping and inspecting." Her response was nasty snappy and said this is protocol. She called another person over saying the item size is wrong. I don't believe her. She didn't want to return the item at all so I feel she came up with a reason not to. I have never experienced such foolishness. I grabbed the item and left. I do recall the employee who sold the product having a hard time getting her scanner to ring up the item, so she had to manually key in the item number. Not sure if she keyed in something wrong, either way this is not my problem or concern. I was returning the unneeded/unopened gift.
I went to another location in AZ and had no problem returning the item and receiving my refund which took a couple minutes tops. And they did an assessment but it was not as excruciating or insulting as this location's. This experience has me hesitant on spending my money with Pandora and I can assure you I wouldn't go to this location EVER AGAIN!! The reviews speak volumes about this location!! Enter at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST STORE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! A promise ring was purchased on 11/05 at Scottsdale Quarter. At the time, I had to go to this location because they were the only store that had the size I thought I needed. I specifically asked if it could be exchanged in case the ring did not fit and they assured me I had 30 days to do any exchanges. As it turns out, the ring was too big. I went to the Pandora in Arrowhead Mall (this location is closet to me) to exchange the ring for a smaller size on 11/10. Had to wait outside the store for awhile before they allowed us to actually enter after we walked in because there is no sign posted out front stating otherwise. After being allowed to enter the store, I provided my receipt and asked if I could exchange the ring for a smaller size. The sales rep immediately told me they would not exchange the ring because it needed to be in new condition. I assured her the ring was literally only taken out of the box once to try on and after seeing it was too large, it was placed back in the box and taken to the store. She then took the ring to the back of the store and came back out stating it was not in new condition, which does not make sense to me how they can come to that conclusion when it was only worn long enough to just try on. I told her the ring was just purchased 5 days prior and was told I had 30 days to exchange, which she still refused to help me. I asked to speak with a manager and she told me she was the Lead and stated the manager was not there. I told her this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, took my ring and receipt and went straight back to Scottsdale Quarter. Scottsdale Quarter was kind, extremely helpful, and confused why the location at Arrowhead Mall would not exchange the ring. The ring was exchanged at Scottsdale Quarter with no issues whatsoever. It should be noted, on the receipt it states "Items in unused and original condition may be returned to PANDORA stores for a refund or exchanged for another item until January 28, 2024 with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup. I will never do business with Pandora in Arrowhead Mall and will advise others of the poor customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWho hired Jenaleiah? Truly curious how this person is still employed at your Arrowhead location or at any customer facing environment to be honest. I'm generally an easy person to please and don't require much to leave the store a very happy client. If Jenaleiah is so miserable and ungrateful to be there, you might as well hire a robot, it would have more personality and care for customers than she does. As a loyal customer who frequently does business with Pandora (over $3K in just the last two months), Jenaleiah sure knows how to NOT give a damn who walks in your store. She made me feel completely unwelcome and had no desire whatsoever to help with my purchase. I wanted to purchase two $200 bracelets online, but went to a physical location to compare sizes. If she didn't waste my time, I would've looked at a third more expensive bracelet in addition. On top of being slow, not making an effort, and taking 10-15 minutes just to pull out the wrong bracelet, she also didn't have a single piece of knowledge of the products sold. Shouldn't your employee be equipped with more knowledge especially when new items launch? I described the bracelet basically painting a picture for her, yet she had NO CLUE what it was. Oh, but she had the nerve to give ME a nasty look as if I'm the clueless one right before responding with an attitude saying she has no bracelets of that sort and pointed to another one saying "there's this one but we've had it for years." The entire visit she managed to make dumb faces, make me feel stupid, and suck out all the excitement from my purchase. She hardly spoke, and when she did, nothing smart came out of her. In attempt to disregard her belittling behavior, I ended up purchasing just one bracelet out of potentially three, and if I'm honest, I will be heading to a different location to return it as I don't need to give my business where it's clearly not wanted. In order to preserve whatever is left of this sorry employee's reputation, I'm choosing to leave out other worse details of her behavior during our interaction rather than making them public. Jenaleiah, you're welcome. Pandora, highly...
