Subway — Restaurant in Glendale

Let’s start out with saying very bad experience, the lady that was working the evening shift on 4-3-19 Was horrible and a hot mess. I ordered two foot longs instead of grabbing a knife and cutting the bread she ripped it with her fingers, mind you this my bread was ripped up from the edges. I asked for two tuna subs, started spreading the tuna and went on to helping another customer. Did the same thing by ripping up the bread and went on to making a meat ball sub. I asked for American cheese which she has run out went to the back, grabbed the cheese with the same gloves she had touched the tuna and the meat balls and Threw them in container. The timer went off grabbed my toasted tuna bread placed them on the counter. Went back to finishing up with the meat ball sub, still did not change gloves she touched salt, black pepper and Parmesan started wrapping up her sub, when it came to collecting money finally took them off. I completely lost my appetite and the sanitary and understanding contamination process that she had created was unimaginable. If someone had tuna allergy and asked for American cheese, I would grantee that cheese is contaminated. I would suggest that she would get more training. The lady was in her mid or late 20s looked exhausted and like she did not want to be there and had cheese in her hair. The whole experience was horrible! Would definitely not return and I hope she gets the proper training and the motivation to actually want to work at this...

Shopping for prom with my son we came into this establishment. My family and I have Subway for lunch approximately 3-4 times a week. We weren't looking for the worst but I'm pretty sure we found it. Customer service was absolutely terrible. Not one smile from staff the entire time we were there. Wish I knew names but name tags weren't visible. They took absolutely no pride in what they do. They threw the sandwiches together (poorly). Copped an attitude when I asked for them to spread out the meat since it was mostly on one side. While there was a line one of the girls was visibly on her phone. I cleaned my own table. There was food all over the floor like it hadn't been swept since opening. When we tried to get our beverage ice tea was out along with half the free style machine. The soup had way to much water in it. Other guests were frustrated with all of this as well. Did I mention a gentleman walked in with a large snake and seemed friendly with one of the girls eww. I've been in the restaurant industry for 17 years and I hope this finds someone who could potentially do something about this location. At the very least get these girls some training. We were there around 330...

Came here and waited in line for ten minutes because the two girls behind the counter's friends were getting food and they just chatted the whole time, then when we ordered we were given a dirty look and IGNORED because they were to busy talking with their friends. They kept forgetting what we asked for because they were too busy talking to each other and their friends. Then as we were eating the floor was COVERED in food and the girl from beind the counter came out and started talking with her friends even though the other employees needed help. We were both charged extra while the employees friends were given free drinks and cookies. I never write bad reviews but I was so angry with this visit,...
