Worst customer service EVER!!! Literally the most difficult unsatisfactory unsuccessful service experience of my life! I took my laptop in just to get the screen fixed. They quoted me and told me it would be done in a week so I left it for them to work on it. Two weeks later since I hadn’t heard from them, I called. First call said still waiting on part but should be there and done by the end of the week. Again I heard nothing and called the following Monday. One guy said they were waiting for the technician I got disconnected and called back but the next guy said they ordered the wrong part and waiting for it to come still. Another week later I called because they continuously failed to communicate at all ever about any updates. This time they said the part was there and they would work on it in a day or so which sounded crazy to me since I was calling at 10am right when they opened. Why not start on it then? Finally a whole week later again I said I want to pick it up and the guy talked me in to keeping it there because the part was already on its way? PROMISING if they didn’t have it done by Friday again I could cancel the part. So of course finally almost two months later IN THE END I call again because they couldn’t reach out and take any initiative or responsibility ever to contact me even after I incessantly requested it due to their lack their of prior. When I call this last time they said that they canceled the order because I wanted to pick it up. I was mind blown because I did want to and only left it because I was promised to have it done and they talked me in to leaving it since I had already waited this long. Come to find out it just sat there for another week with no call to even ask me if I had canceled it and if I would be picking it up. I can not believe they still never did anything to it after 2 months. RIDICULOUS! Anyways I ended up finding another place in Glendale who fixed it in less than 5 day looks brand new for less than a 1/4 of what uBreakiFix unrealistically quoted me. And it’s better than new and I saved money and they did it so fast. I have no idea what the hell uBreakiFix was doing with my laptop!!! GO TO HAMMIE COMPUTER SERVICES OFF BROADWAY IN GLENDALE INSTEAD! They are wonderful affordable quick and efficient! And not far from this scam...

They are so unprofessional in every way possible! The only person that was professional and actually did an ok job was Ken. I came in for a phone repaire on friday. First, we gave a guy named Andrew(who turned out to be the manager somehow) a new contact phone number bc the old one on file are not in service anymore, and double checked with him and make sure that will be the phone number they will contact us. He literally wrote it down, recite it back, and said he will make sure that's the phone number they will use to contact us and the phone should be ready in 6hr.

We called around the pick up time only for them to tell us there's more repair they needed to do, and they weren't able to contact anyone, why? BC ANDREW NEVER CHANGED THE SECONDARY CONTACT NUMBER, then he had the audacity to try to gaslight us and said we never gave him another number. No apology was given even after him realizing we DID give him the new number and MADE SURE he wrote it down.

So they have to take another day to fix my phone, but the next day, they called to let us know that samsung system was updating and won't be ready until another day, this is extremely frustrating but I won't blame it on them. They told me they just needed the system to calibrate my screen and it will be quick, it should be ready to pick up on sunday 10:30am.

Funny thing is, THEY DO NOT OPEN UNTIL 12PM ON SUNDAY. How can you be so disorganized?? Not to mention we asked them to make sure to charge my phone so I can at least use it when I pick it up, which they agreed to, but they didnt charge my phone at all. As a matter of fact, when I picked up my phone, it was at 12%. We had to sit waiting for about 20-30min waiting for my phone to be charged. The only reimbursement we received was a $25 dollar discount from a $750+ bill.

If I could give this place negative...

I was amazed by their speed and efficiency. My screen was cracked and blank ,its was already end of day I rrived an hour before closing, accepted, fixed during 30 min, This review I update in 2 minth after qnd change 5 star to 2 stars and reason it bc you can be sure if something happend after their repair you have warranty in their work or oarts they replaced. In my case I paid $340 for replace screen module. Its too muchI but they certified sumsung center and do inly original replacent )BUT in just 1 month the screen just blank on my hands when I was using it without any reasson and guess what they just tell me when I brought it and expect hear "we apologize for inconvenience you have to spend your time to bring it back to tix it .." instead I heard "you need to oay $340" ....again!. They excuse - snall scratch on screen+might be from key in pocket idk I did not see it before and btw when they was taking my phone they did not inform me about scratch in screen during a quick check for existing external damage, only peeling paint on the back corner cover. So, I even can be sure was there or not...As result, after 20-30 min they bring me phone and let me know that since they CERTIFIED SUMSUNG CENTER , Samsung does not allow them do anything by warranty if phone have any physical damages and showed me on my ohone that small scratch and otter me oay $340 or ir I need 2nd opinion I can yo 5o qnother shop, really? interesting fir what I need 2nd opinion in another shop i if if uts was replaced by them in this shop....so, uts very comfortable excuse to rid if...
