Urban Outfitters — Local services in Glendale

I was a 1st time shopper here. I will issue a warning regarding this store. Do not, under any circumstances pay by cash or try to return anything; you will not get your money back, even with a receipt. Only pay by credit card IF you choose to shop here. Here's the backstory: I purchased a few items for my daughter over the labor day weekend. The items did not fit well, so I attempted to return the items with the receipts in hand. Keep in mind the receipt from this store specifically says,"For items returned within 30 days of purchase, the original method of payment will be refunded accompanied by an original receipt". Well, I brought the items back with tags and receipts in hand. They then said the return was declined with No reason was given! The managers on duty I dealt with were Jordan and Mattie. I asked why the return was declined and they said they do not know but to call a customer service number and talk so some guy named Matt to get it resolved myself. I called the number several times and it goes to some guy's cell phone voicemail. I find this surprising since this is a large corporation. But you shouldn't find it surprising that whomever this cell phone belongs to has not called me back. So here I am with items I need to return and receipts in hand and have been given the runaround with no end in sight. Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again. Great place to shop when shopping in store. The staff are down to earth. One of the female staff was very helpful with a price and she went all out to see if they could honor the price, but the supervisor said no. The only downside is sometimes not enough staff, so online orders takes forever (like why takes 24 hours, so by the time the order if filled the items is gone; which happened quite often).

Updating reviews, the store pick is a joke, they wait for a whold day or more than say it's not available. On four occasions they did not...

Chelsea the assistant manager was beyond amazing. I was looking for a Dodgers hat and I could not locate it in the store. Chelsea went through the whole store looking for it, but unfortunately they sold out. She offered to order it online for me and had it shipped to my house at no additional cost which was great.
