Back in February of 2019 while in Colorado I Bought a 3 leaf (gold, silver, bronze) preserved in 24K GOLD necklace for my Mom for Mother’s Day. It WAS beautiful BUT it has sat in its gift box in my home until I could give it to my Mom today (May 2019) personally. I just took the necklace out to look at it before I handed it to my Mom And ITS TARNISHED!!!!!! Not only is it impressive that their material is sourced from nature - but their customer service is incredible! I happened to purchase a set of earrings at a local gift shop (then subsequently had one fall out of my ear). We found their headquarters and was able to replace my lost one quickly and simply!
