Staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout the meal. All the food was delicious, and great quality. We had two cocktails, an appetizer upon staff recommendation, two entrees with the menu-recommended naans, and the pistachio ricotta cake for dessert. We went on a Sunday night so it was quiet with very light music in the background, but the atmosphere was perfect for a date night with no issues around conversation noise levels. Even during peak hours I would be surprised if noise was an issue.

Details of meal:
Cocktails: Black Diamond and Cucumber Lemonade Appetizer: Gobi Entrees: Lamb Korma and Chicken Tikka Masala with naans Dessert: Pistachio Ricotta cake
Genuinely everything was delicious, far superior to other restaurants I’ve tried in the area (I have tried many Indian restaurants as I grew up and live nearby).
Cocktails were appropriately made, strong but not too strong with unique recipes.
Gobi was great to share, and very delicious with the right texture and well-developed flavor — it can be difficult to get good cauliflower dishes and they’ve nailed it.
There are lots of vegetarian entrees and appetizers that look delicious! I didn’t look too much at vegan options but I’m sure anything they make is delicious.
I am not picky about spice, but as someone who enjoys a kick without overwhelming the taste, the medium lamb korma with the bullet naan (spicier than medium) was perfect. My partner doesn’t do well with spice and enjoyed a bite but would not be able to eat the whole dish. The medium Chicken Tikka Masala was appropriate for him. If you are wanting something eastern-hot definitely ask the staff for recommendations.
My partner doesn’t like cake very much, but has now requested a full pistachio ricotta cake for his next birthday. It was light and well balanced with great textures....
Read moreBest Indian food I've found in Colorado. Staff is always friendly, service is always prompt, and I have yet to find any menu item I haven't been a fan of. High accolades to the kitchen and serving staff here.
Butter chicken, chicken Tikka masala, shrimp Masala, and any of the Naan offerings are amazing. My wife is fond of the amritsari fish as an appetizer. Great masala Chai, made the traditional way, and great beer selection. They have the station 26 tangerine cream on tap, and other assorted craft beer offerings as well as Indian imported beers. Their mixed drinks are well made and shine as a specialty on their menu. They have a generous happy hour that cuts through a majority of the day.
This is one of my favorite places to bring my wife for dates, and one of my favorite places to bring friends and family to introduce them to Indian cuisine.
I ate here on a whim and while it was my first indian restaurant to try, I have frequently viseted this place even after digging deeper and trying many other places. it's close proximity to the Jefferson county courthouse made it a good place to choose for lunch during a day of jury duty. Coriander has inspired me to learn more about Indian cooking, Indian culture, and Indian spices. I am eternally grateful for this place, and am thankful for having found it.
Also Navi, that guy is amazing. The highest tier of serving staff, my man deserves a hell of a raise. He is always the best, and recognizes myself and my wife...
Read moreI ordered to-go on a Tuesday evening. My order consisted of Chicken Tikka Korma with Saffron rice and garlic-cheese naan.
Let me start with the positive. For some reason, when ordering through certain online ordering platforms, the platform takes my laptop's timezone instead of the local timezone when scheduling pick-up. Anyway, that resulted in me thinking it would be ready at one time, and the restaurant thinking it's an hour later. I thought I showed up on time, they thought I was an hour early. They handled it great, were very nice about it, getting the order ready in a few minutes. Thus 5 stars for service.
Unfortunately, the food just didn't measure up. First, the garlic-cheese naan. I like cheese. Really. But when I picked this up out of the bag, and it weighed a good pound, I knew it could be trouble. Sure enough, there's a TON of cheese in this. So much that you can't taste anything else. The naan completely disappears - can't taste even a hint of it. It's all cheese. Too much cheese - by a factor of 10 - really. It's a clear case of "less is more".
The rice was ok. Just a bit bland. The Korma was really bland as well. It tasted like chicken in milk. I really like Chicken Tikka. I was so happy to see Chicken Tikka Korma in addition the standard Chicken Korma on the menu. Sadly, the chicken was way overcooked and very tough. Bummer.
I'm literally throwing 80%+...
