We were looking to overhaul and better organize our large primary bedroom closet. I called several companies to get an idea of what could be done and how much it would cost. When I met with Ana Prieto, our sales rep, I was immediately taken with her warmth. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she sat down with me and listened to me! She didn’t just come in give me a sales pitch and leave, but she also didn’t pressure me. I appreciated that.

The most impressive part of her services was the fact that she literally took measurements of all of our clothes, my need for handbag storage, and counted all our shoes, then presented a preliminary design for us to go over. My husband I made a few small edits, and got an updated design. She suggested another change, which we didn’t think of, which told me she was paying attention to our needs. Ana kept in touch with me the entire time as the install date got closer, which was amazing. Most sales persons are through with you after they close the deal.

The price of our final design was astoundingly, pleasantly affordable.

The installation was scheduled and the installer showed up on time and went right to work. He was friendly and hard-working and did a great job. When he left, the entire closet was finished and it was also as clean as a pin and ready for us to start putting our things where they belonged.

Ten out of ten a great experience and I would highly recommend them over anyone else! The product is well made and we couldn’t be happier. And, not only did everything fit, we have room to spare!

We recently explored options to upgrade our builder-grade master closet and came across Closet Factory through Costco. From the start, we weren’t sure what to expect: timeline, cost, or process, but we were quickly put at ease when we were matched with Lindsay, our designer.

Lindsay came to our home for a free in-home consultation and spent several hours carefully measuring, designing, and walking us through different ideas. She presented thoughtful renderings that helped us visualize the space, and she was incredibly collaborative, listening to what we wanted and helping us think through options we hadn’t even considered. When we had follow-up questions a few days later, she readily scheduled a virtual session to walk through everything in detail with us.

While we ultimately chose to go with a different provider whose design logistics and cost quote better fit our specific budget goals, we were truly impressed with the experience we had with Closet Factory, especially with Lindsay. She was professional, fun, and never pressured us into anything outside of our needs. Her approach made a big impact on how smoothly and positively the design phase went.

There are many custom closet organizing companies and I have interviewed quite a few before I chose to work with the Closet Factory. I was not restructuring an existing closet. Rather, I wanted an inbuilt cabinet that was multifunctional and looked like a piece of fine furniture with carved doors, glass, crown molding, etc. The biggest challenge was that it was going to be up against a sharply angled ceiling. Of the companies I interviewed, Closet Factory was the only one accepting this challenge. The immediate difficulty was sourcing the materials which were not standard. It took almost six months to find a supplier that met our needs. Brigitte and Paul never gave up seeking, sending me samples, discarding when vendor was unable to produce to our specifications. I was ready to give up. They did not. Installation was extraordinary. The lead installer, Baran, is a master carpenter, who cut and made adjustments as needed to accommodate uneven walls and floors. He and his assistant left anyplace that they worked clean and organized. They were both on time, respectful, organized, and overall, the kind of workers you welcomed into your home.
