Everyone this is my first time ever writing a review I wish it was for the better? We just got back from staying here at the Days Inn in Goodlettsville TN. We arrived every early in after midnight yes nice we didn't have to pay for an extra night/ Im thankful about that. What I didn't understand and I have stayed at other Days Inn every accommodating, Happy with the service and the people or staff. Here the Owner Drew, was very rude to me . I only asked a few questions. His response was to me was, well your more than welcome to find another place to stay I was like what? Has I was on the phone trying to tell him the Wifi still was not connecting. Just letting him know, and I was like you don't want my business He said NO, just like that. Sure I said after I paid for a non refundable travel stay. Easy for him to say this to me. So I went down stairs to talk with him in person. To resolve the issues and the matter face to face. I never asked for anything out of line or spoke in any rude or unkind way. Here I just asked a few questions about the breakfast. and WIFI connection. I didnt even complain about the broken toilet in room 210 unsafe to seat on. or the leaking shower head. mAlso the sheets were not changed daily I guess you have to ask them if you want that done while you stay there? Or the chairs in the dinnings area are high bar stools that every chair wobbled when you sit on them. Back to my points of interest. So Clearly on the website, It does say free breakfast. free WIFI service. once they did reset the WIFI I got connected. wow just how he said that to me was like. no hospitality at all from him. no greeting. not even a good morning to me. So i explained to him how we had been traveling all night and tired and hungry to wake to no food barely. I mean i'm not expecting a full meal. he said to me this also, if you want a full meal you can go to a place and pay 200.00 a night and get a full breakfast, my thought wow how rude. Continental usually includes some kind of fruit or pastries or yogurt . They only had dry cereal and dry instant oatmeal to heat in the microwave ; and bread for toast. That was it for food. drinks was coffee, tea, orange, juice , milk not complaining. about that part. Just thought maybe some fruit not all of us drinks juices. For reasons anyway. He also said they are budgeting cutting back. I was like is this all Days Inn or just here Cause I was just at another 6 months prior. and it wasn't like that. They had hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, muffins, pastries, juices, dry cereal and hot cereal, fresh fruit. Truly I didn't mind him telling me about budgeting and cutting back. What I did not like was all that other unkind rudes comments from him. when I wasn't rude and he knew that too I made that clear to him. Drew the owner, He did apologized to me. Said he had a bad morning to start.

Read moreSo I posted this already but was threatened by mangment if I didn't remove he would have me removed from the property an I would lose all the money for even for the remaining days I had left .. so I took it down... Stayed there 6 days . I witnessed the manger speak to the employees Like trash an belittle them in front of guest .. Starting .....when booking it said Hot breakfast on Priceline.. definitely dont consider it to be hot there was hot coffee an packages of oatmeal, mini muffins ,chocolate doughnuts the mini ones u buy a bag of at the gas station, 3 types of cereal ..no waffles, no pancakes. Nothing but the oatmeal in packages. I made sure to clean myself out of my room including sweeping the floor on my way out an taking photos . As we was leaving there was a guest who stopped us an asked if we was leaving an said that the staff kept letting themselves into there room even with the do not disturb sign up . Kept bothering them .. we told him what was an had happened with our stay an they was like it's crazy.. ..this was my original post ..
I book here for 6 days . Paid 480 though Priceline then when i got to the hotel I had to pay another 60 an upcharge for not having the king bed room ..they said they was charging me for having to switch it to 2 doubles .an deposit plus 120 for having my daughters service dog ( I didn't have the paperwork with me my fault ) things that have happened since iv been here my car was broken into the the alarm was on so it scared them away.... repeatedly people knocking on my door all night I called the office about that..... staff repeatedly knocking 3 times a day for housekeeping I told them I didn't feel well an I sometimes do lyft an uber late at night an I sleep in ..... this morning at 8am bang bang again an my daughter wrote a tik taktoe to board on the sidewalk with white chalk an the manager threw a fit , at 8am banging telling me to remove it I said its clak it literally wipes away btw this isn't a fancy place last night there was heaps of trash next to stairs disgarded kids seats an diapers pilled up high.... the room smelled like urine an smoke even tho I requested a non smoking room with a king bed they didn't have my room available so they upcharged me 60 on top of my original payment of 480 plus the dog fee 120 an deposit of 60 for an hour early check this hotel definitely not worth the price an iv yet to see the hot breakfast but I don't think it's gunna be impressive an it wasn't... after posting this I hotel manger came an threatened me he would call the police an have me removed an I would lose my remaining days I...
Read moreFrom the moment i walked in the front door i was not impreesed. We made reservation online and it didnt ask for a credit card, which we thought was strange so we called them and they said credit card wasnt required for reaervation. Ok. Although we had a confirmation number. I walk in a they tell me im lucky they didnt cancel my room because i didnt leave a credit card number. My response was maybe you get a better website cause it didnt ask for a credit card and we even called because we thought it was strange to not leave a cc number. Then i get my electronic key, go up to the room and it doesnt work. Go back to desk to get programmed again. Go back to room and it doesnt work. Go to desk to get programmed...guess what? It doesnt work again. The clerk takes a master key and walks to room with me. It works then and it worked for the rest of the day. After being out and about all day. We get back to room and guess what? It doesnt work again. Back to desk. Master key again..it doesnt work either. Back to desk for the manual key. It works!!! They tell me apparently the batteries in the door need replaced and they have no one on staff to take care of that till tomorrow. The rooms were very dated. The chair for the desk was filthy. The tv apparently had a bad cable cause the picture was staticy. There were obvious patches in the walls and ceiling. I didnt look at the mattress very well but i read on another review it was 2 mattresses stacked on top of one another. Both beds were very uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room wasnt great. The towels were rough and almost like a terri cloth towel you would clean with. The clerk that had to let me in the room for the last time said they would give me a discount for my trouble but when i checked out she said he didnt mention a discount. When i walked in to turn in my key i said be sure you change the batteries for the next guest and she said "yeah i heard". My response was yeah you heard about the batteries on the lock but not about a diacount on the room!! I asked if she heard about the tv looking like crap and she said no. She asked if i wanted a receipt....no thanks! But this room is a 60...
