Jersey Giant Subs! — Restaurant in Grand Ledge

I have been to numerous other Jersey Giants and always had good food and good service. I've tried the one in Grand ledge now for the 3rd time. The place is alot dirtier than all the others and quality is alot worse than the others. Today I got home thinking hey the 3rd times the charm but was sadly mistaken. After waiting a bit for the kids working to be somewhat coherent I ordered my sub Andy wife's sub even after looking around and thinking the health dept would've had a heyday in there with how dirty the place was... anyways get home to enjoy the sub and it was just out right gross. The roast beef had large chunks of hard fat on them. So took that meat off and most of the browning lettuce. If you want a good Jersey Giant Sub I Highly recommend any of the other locations in the lansing area. We drive almost 30 mins to get their subs and this will be the last time we waste our time and fuel to go to this location. Also they don't have the basic condiments or spices like the others. For example pepper there never had it the 3 times I've ordered from the Grand Ledge location. I am never ever coming to this location again, I have always gone here because I absolutely love their subs but tonight Jan 18th I drove an hour to this specific location for my sub. I had a long day and that is all I wanted. I arrive 30 minutes before close (8:30pm) just wanting one sub. I walk in and this female worker behind the counter is on the phone with her boyfriend and after waiting for a second she said we cannot serve you we stopped serving customers. The open sign was still on, it says open until 9 and I wasted an hour of my night to drive out there before close and get denied service? I will never ever be coming back to this location you have permanently lost my service. When I stated it wasn’t 9pm yet her boyfriend who was on the phone said “do I need to come up there” I wasn’t trying to fight or argue, I walked out. No Hot Sandwiches? Too much Bread for amount of meat and cheese.. Paper Thin meat and cheese Really Expensive for a Cold Sandwich with Shortages of meat and cheese. Why would staff throw out ends of meat and cheese in front of the customer instead of adding it to the Sandwich? Was told that they couldn't do it the owner makes them throw it out ? Seems like it would make sense to promote good will? It would be a positive action not a negative one.
