I've ordered a few times from here. The food has always been pretty good. So has the service, and that's why I'm so disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered online and was given a delivery time of about 30 minutes. Ten minutes past that time I called the store to check on the delivery. I was told " the driver is in route and will be there any minute". 12 minutes later I called again and was told "they have no idea where the driver is, but they think he has my food because they don't see any waiting for delivery" I was passed to Erika, who I assume was in charge. She told me my food was on the way, but then stated the driver was still there but would deliver to me first, she also assured me that my food wasn't cold. 10 more minutes passed before my stone cold food was delivered. Mistakes happen, and this establishment didn't own that they missed my order, or the delivery boy was nowhere to be found they just made excuses and lied to me instead of apologizing and being honest. Unfortunate. I don't think I'll ever order from here again. I have attached a photo of my lasagna. It was swimming in sauce and stone cold. I would not recommend it.

We've never had pizza from here so we thought we would try it. I'm from the East Coast where sheet pizzas or party pizzas are regular thing. Here in Michigan they seem fewer and far between. We ordered a party pizza which is advertised as 18x24. Ours was 15x23. That's a lot less pizza. Either advertise the pizza as a smaller size, or charge more and make it the size it's being advertised as. That being said, the pizza was good, and the fellow at the counter was really nice and the inside was really clean. We may try again but would probably not order a party pizza.

Great pizza. Most do takeout but I dined in . The floor is solid and tables/benches solid wood, place has a couple t.v.'s.. If you diners in you have plastic utensils and thick paper plates and serve the pizza in a to go box. I had the Meat pizza, very tasty. The pop machine water nozzle was broken which I found ridiculous. If it is broken the business should offer some sort of free alternative or fill pitchers rather than make people buy pop... pizza is great, stringy cheese and a crust that is thin and crispy.

EDIT: fresh spring mix is stored in the bag and box it comes in, and has rotten bits in it because they don't take care of it properly after receiving it, and the employees have to pick the nasty bits out by hand. The manager found rat/mice droppings on top of the walk in fridge and had under age employees clean it without proper PPE or cleaning equipment during open hours with the dough press right below and the pizza line open 4 feet away (health department was already contacted, but feel free to call with any concerns). 2 out of 3 ovens don't heat properly. If you need the manager and it takes 5+ minutes for her to come speak to you, it's because she's outside multiple times during her shift on the phone. The manager also asked all the staff to write 5 star reviews to get the rating back up. Most of the senior/experienced staff have left, or were fired. If you want to support this business, but not this specific location, I would suggest taking the drive to the DeWitt location. It's smaller, and management there actually knows how to handle running the store, keeping up with cleaning, and keep good staff on hand. Added bonus is that the staff isn't a bunch of 15 year olds, so you get better service and the food is done right and in a timely manner. Signed a disgruntled ex-employee with no reason not to speak up, and no reason not to change my review. I wouldn't trust any reviews from the last 3-4 months as they were probably faked by employees like mine was, and not real reviews. Good luck if you're a paying customer, or someone interested in a job there, either way you're not getting close to what you deserve. Again, I don't recommend this specific location.

This place makes the dough, sauce, and sausage in house! The veggies and meats are sliced fresh everyday, and you can tell by the flavor! The service is amazing, even with them getting new people in. If theres a problem they fix it and make sure you're happy enough to come back again. The lobby is usually quite, so it's a nice place to have a lunch date or meet up with friends. They make the pizza for Grand Ledge high school football games, and do large orders/catering for family events. Its honestly some of the best pizza I've had in...

The food here is great. LOVE the breadsticks. I just wish service was better. Countless times, I’ve placed an order for delivery only for them to forget part of the order and it then takes them several minutes to return. Or time for delivery is quoted at 45 minutes and it shows up well over an hour later, lukewarm at best. EDIT: Tried here again after a year hoping for better service... That was not the case. I live less than 2 miles from the store and my pizza and breadsticks arrived cold. When I called and talked to a manager ( one who was extremely rude to me before), he said they wouldn't do anything about it since "It shouldn't of been cold", as if I was lying about it to get something free. Its a shame because when the food is actually warm, its good but to get treated like that by a manager... I'll go elsewhere...
