Staff always friendly and helpful when needed. Store well-stocked. I’m glad it’s so close to home.

UPDATE: My last review is from two years ago. One good thing: they now offer items at $3 and $5, such as novelty pillows, and large containers, headphones, and more. However the current staff-they blast the radio, which makes it difficult for me to shop!! As I deal with invisible disabilities, this place used to be a store I could actually shop at least once per month, sometimes more. I did actually ask the person in charge the other day to please turn the radio down, and she did. But some comments were made later such as “did the lady leave yet? Can we turn the radio back up?” Sorry to inconvenience you. I had to go back about three days later for something. Radio blaring again. I wore my strongest earplugs. Such a shame to feel so uncomfortable while I shop at what used to be my go-to place and kind of fun....

Store had a good selection but I was disgusted with the service. As I was being 'waited' on, which seemed to be an inconvenience, a gentlemen stepped up to ask a question. The cashier (Pamela) yelled that she couldn't wait on him as she had done to other customers all while the one open register had at least 10 people waiting. I normally understand people have bad days but this woman was so rude complaining about how busy they were and had other things to do I had to. Cherry on top was I almost said something to the woman, as I watched her be so rude not only to the other employees but also the customers, until I realized her name tag...

I called this store today to inquire about an item and how many they had in stock. The lady (Pamela) who answered the phone said she would check for me, she set the phone down (didn't put me on hold, I could hear all the customers and the cashiers in the background talking to each other) I was on the phone for over 25 minutes waiting for someone to realize that someone was still on the phone and no one ever picked up. Now I can't call back and get someone because the phone is sitting off the hook so it just keeps...
