We came to The Hive for rec when we moved to this side of town 4yrs ago. It was immediately obvious that Sierra and her staff had created a safe space for kids to be their true selves. The Hive is a place where kindness and inclusivity are a requirement above all else. It’s a place where their teachers expect the students to bring their best - not to be the best.

After one year of rec, my oldest chose to give the competitive team a try. Three competitive seasons later, not only has her passion for dance deepened but our family has grown by 75 kids and their families. The families of The Hive embody the values of The Hive as well: kind, inclusive, supportive and uplifting.

Home really is where The Hive is. My daughter has danced here two years, 1 recreational, 1 competitive/recreational. Coming into a serious studio I was so nervous about the environment and the vibe but Sierra and this staff and these families couldn't possibly be more incredible. The atmosphere is so warm and still Lily has grown immensely at her art form during her time here. We have been absolutely thrilled with the experience my daughter, Khloe has had at The Hive Dance Studio. All of the instructors are incredibly talented, patient, and nurturing, fostering a love for dance while instilling discipline and technique. The inclusivity of the studio atmosphere starts from the top with Sierra and trickles all the way down from the instructors and into the kids, allowing dancers to flourish and grow both personally and artistically.
