HearUSA — Local services in Grand Ledge

Hear USA (Grand Ledge, MI) was a great experience for me. The audiologist, Kelli, was amazing. Very thorough, professional, and patient. She answered all my questions and worked hard to ensure my first set of hearing aids was a positive and successful event.

It was nice dealing with a certified audiologist. I tried hearing aids a few years ago at a different establishment down the road and it was a flop.....technition wasn't an audiologist and the experience went south so I ended up returning the hearing aids to that place.

I was greeted professionally and everything was smooth; I never felted rushed. I especially like that assistance was available from all staff. As a communication consultant specializing in customer satisfaction, I appreciated the flow of conversation with Dr Kelli. Being married to an audiologist and observing her customer interactions gave me a measure of key behaviors to observe. This may be weird to say but this is one of the coolest places I have been to in Michigan. This office is very well-managed and efficient. The doctor is attentive, a good communicator, and more importantly a great listener. The front desk is great, too! Every time I have been here it's been snap snap snap done!
