We had a trailer spring break coming out of the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness on a Saturday. We limped into town and as soon as we had phone service started making calls. This Grangeville location had the part we needed but it was going to be a challenge to arrive before closing.

Not only did Jeremy hold the store open for us but offered the use of the shop to fix the broken spring. Our 400 mile drive home went from being a potentially scary and nerve wracking drive, or possibly returning in a week after the trailer was fixed, to smooth sailing after leaving NAPA. We are so grateful that Jeremy and the NAPA crew helped us out the way they did.

We broke a hydraulic line in the motorhome. We were traveling from Pocatello to Lewiston. Jason at Napa Auto parts in Grangeville was amazing! He went above and beyond in customer service. He made a new hose for us, after crawling under the motorhome and pulling out the old one, to make sure he cut the correct feet. Then after hours he helped us reattach the hose to make sure we were not stranded. What integrity this young man has! Our pinnacle motorhome blew a hose on the way to Dworshak from McCall they had just the one we needed in stock and let us borrow a screw driver to put it on. Also our sensor connected to the cooling fan wasn't kicking on so Matt built a whole jumper wire with a toggle switch. His customer service and willingness to help was over and beyond.
