I purchased a mirror at this location. At the time of purchase I informed the associate that I could not pick up the mirror until after Christmas which was about 2 1/2 weeks away. The mirror is larger and difficult to transport. I received a call from the store a few days before Christmas asking about the mirror I advised I would pick it up right after Christmas as originally agreed upon. The day before Christmas Eve I received a call from the manager I assume telling me that their policy is 7 days and that the item should’ve already been refunded. I explained that the original person had a convo of when I could retrieve the mirror. She told me that her team wouldn’t have told me that basically didn’t believe me at all.
