Just walked out of this store (May 23, 2025 – 6:29 PM, Friday), and I honestly should’ve trusted the one-star reviews. Aside from the sweet girl at the door, the rest of the staff, especially the blonde and the one with the large glasses, were rude and dismissive.
I went in to exchange a bag because it didn’t have a crossbody strap and wanted to switch it for one that did. Instead of helping, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. The one with the glasses even said, “I don’t know if they’ll let you return it,” which made no sense. They did end up processing the return, but their attitude was completely unnecessary.
When I asked for a new version of the bag I wanted, I was told they didn’t have one and was handed the display model from outside. Honestly, I’m not even sure that was true. The whole experience felt dismissive and unwelcoming.
Also, the reviews mentioning racism at this location are not exaggerated. Based on how I was treated, I believe them. Please do better and hire people who know how to treat customers with respect.

Read moreI'm not sure what happened with others reviews here, but this place was fantastic. My wife wanted a Kate Spade for her birthday and being a man it can be very intimidating to shop for one. As soon as I walked in I think they noticed my deer in the headlights look, and an associate immediately came over to help. I told her what I needed and she spent the time to walk around the shop with me and show me different options. We landed on a purse that was modestly priced (thank goodness because the online prices were giving me sticker shock) and they even gift wrapped it for my wife. I believe it was Mandy who was helping me (she was awesome). Gave the purse to my wife for her birthday and she loved it! Great service great pricing and a very happy wife. 10/10 would recommend...
Read moreI would give this store 0 stars if I could. My 13 year old daughter reviewed a bag as a gift and decided to return it with a gift receipt. Instead of the cashier giving her store credit, she made a mistake and credited the card it was purchased with, leaving my daughter with NOTHING. The store supervisor, Sam gave me the run around for days, then said she went “above and beyond” by trying to stop the refund as if this isn’t her job. She then told me Leah, the regional manager would reach out to me. Not only did Leah not reach out, she refuses to return phone calls or e-mails for weeks now since the incident. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE. I have e-mailed corporate as well with no luck. I’m beginning to think this “designer” brand...
