I recently visited the Loft Outlet and unfortunately had a disappointing shopping experience due to an older female associate with blonde-white hair, glasses, and a strong accent. My mother and I walked in about 30 minutes before the store closed, fully intending to shop and make a purchase. However, we were told that the fitting rooms were already closed at 6:45, despite the store being open until 7:00.
I understand that retail can be challenging, but this interaction felt rushed and dismissive, taking away from what could have been an enjoyable experience. Closing fitting rooms early not only prevents customers from properly shopping but also undermines the opportunity to build positive customer relationships—something vital in today’s retail environment.
It’s upsetting to see this lack of willingness to provide a positive shopping experience, especially when so many stores are struggling to retain loyal customers. I hope this feedback helps improve the store’s approach to customer service...

I'd equate this to a forever 21 but for 30+ preppies. The worst part was the treatment by the older lady that works there and may be the manager. She did not acknowledge me when I entered, which is unheard of for these stores, staff have always been welcoming and helpful. She later accused me of cutting other people in line that started after I was waiting but said nothing to the lady in front of me. I left and will never return.
