Cinnabon — Restaurant in Grapevine

6/20/21-@ 1:15pm...Soooo good! We stopped by here today while at the mall. I have said I want to make sure I review places with great customer service because it’s so not common anymore. Well, the young lady who took our order was so polite and all the ladies there were actually working. Everyone of the ladies were doing something! Someone was taking the orders, another lady was making fresh Cinnabon’s, another was pulling out some from the oven and there was someone icing them. And when I finally ate a piece of my Cinnabon I was so pleased. It was the best one that I had in years! It was what I remembered them tasting like and, the freshness, flavor, everything. I guess they are now taking cream cheese frosting and passing it off as an original. I just went today and ordered an original Cinnamonster. The lady scooped up a cinnamonster and then stuck it in a white box. I paid for it and left. When I gave it to family they bit into it and they spit it right back out. My family showed me that they had put cream cheese frosting on it. I guess they did that when I was getting my money out to pay. An Original Cinnamonster does not sound anything like a Cream Cheese cinnamonster. It will be quite a while before I'll get another Cinnamonster. I know I came a lil late about 8:50 but most places have residual Cinnabons left over. I was disappointed because I drove from Lewisville to Grape Vine. I noticed that some were in a bag but I felt the young lady was too lazy to wait on me and in a hurry to go. Most wasn’t to please the customer but she kept telling me we are thru. Well maybe their policy is a cutoff time of 8:50 n close at 9. Last week the other young lady was pleasant n helpful. I sometimes dislike when young people are in charge.
