Horrible experience today. Went in to do some Christmas shopping & the worker that was there was super rude & unprofessional. Was maybe around 12 pm when I went & there was maybe about 6 customers in the store. Grabbed my items and was ready to check out. Nobody was at the register and I waited about 5 minutes before I went up to the only worker I saw and asked if she was the cashier. She rudely answered yes âas if I was a bother to herâ and went to the register. Once at the register when she gave me my total I asked about the price of a necklace (it was on an area that was marked with a clearance tag/price) and she let me know that âonly red dot stickers are clearanceâ but she answered rudely. I let her know that I had gotten it from that area & was just trying to confirm and she again rudely answered the same thing. I once again asked for the original price of the necklace (because she never gave it to me) and I let her know that it was okay I would still take it. I did tell her that they should check that area out because there were other items with no sticker & she looked at me annoyed & rolling her eyes. At this point I was upset & let the cashier know she had a bad attitude for no reason & that I was not going to end up purchasing anything. I asked for her name so I could speak to a manager about her bad customer service and she refused to give it to me. There was no reason to be rude when that is your job to check people out on register & answer any questions/concerns the customer might have. Please get staff with better...

I went back while I was still in the mall. The clerk informed me, through a translator app because she didnât speak English, that prices had changed and it was now several dollars higher. I told her that nowhere in the store did it say the price was higher than what was printed on the actual product label. She told me it was too much work to change them. When she wouldnât honor the price, I told her I wanted to return it. She said I couldnât do that because the manager wasnât there and she was new.    Read moreVery bad customer service called an hour ahead to see what time they were closing i was driving from Arlington was told 7 pm arrived 20 minutes early and lady at the front very rudely said they were closed explained to her that i had called earlier to ask about closing times and was told 7 proceeded to say she thought they told me they were going on brake 30 minutes before they closed the store and then closing which does not make sense , said they were closed and i shouldnt of been in there in the first place because the gate was closed when in fact it was still open enough to think they were letting people in explained my situation as far as my drive and how i called earlier and was misinformed about the hrs and she couldnt care less...
