I came here trying to find a Valentine's gift for my mum and was excited to come because it would be my first time at this location. Unfortunately, one member of this staff made it very obvious as to how much she did not want me there while the other staff members were pleasant and welcoming. This employee was an older, probably middle aged, Hispanic lady with reddish brown hair and was very rude and aggressively hateful for no reason. She obnoxiously interrupted my phone call multiple times after trapping me in a corner to the point where I felt claustrophobic and stalked me into each and every aisle. That is NOT how to build your customer base. She's lucky that it was me and not someone else, and that I continued on with my purchases...many people will not put up with such disrespect. I will most likely not come back because of her offensive attitude and behavior. She's probably just a byproduct of bad parents seeing as how she had no manners or self awareness at all. An employee like her needs to be re-trained with an emphasis on how to act in customer service, how to approach customers, and how to behave in order to retain and increase customer retention because her actions will only cost this company more and more business if she...
Read moreTerrible experience! I visited the store on Tuesday August 13th, around 7pm to 8pm. As I step into the store the girl working there made direct eye contact, however no “hello” and didn’t acknowledge my presence in any way. I proceeded to check the foundations, there were signs all over the store “promoting” selected items at 50% off. I went to the cash register to ask about what products were at 50% off…again the same girl was looking at me with a clueless face like she had no idea what I’m talking about??? She said there were NO products at 50% off, if that’s so why are there signs all over the store saying “selected items” at 50%?? Either you are trying to mislead customers to come into the store or the girl had no idea about anything going on in the store. Either way, I really wanted to buy a couple of items I liked but this girl was so unhelpful, clueless and not knowledgeable that I left and didn’t buy anything. You need to train your staff, and ensure the people you have on the sales floor actually have customer service and sales skills. This girl obviously had no interest in selling anything...
