I've always loved availability of diet-specific food options that don't compromise on quality. Having access to all of those things prior to moving back here for a bit, my biggest concern was that I had to travel over an hr to get to decent food (cheap deals and bargain shopping Is great for certain things but when it comes to food, everyone should have fresh/organic/non-compromise and actual options to choose from) Sprouts is a step above that. I've now had a couple of times where I purchased something that didn't quite make it to it's expiration date, or flat out wasn't the quality it should have been. Both times, I wasn't even questioned , I was simply met with the "oh no worries, well give you a refund" and a no hesitation attitude towards customer service being priority. Not just one location but sprouts in General.

I used to know better but I guess after 12 years of fresh seafood readily available from sprouts I thought it would be no different in Colorado. Unfortunately I found out the hard way that, it's not as fresh as I'm used to. Not only did the store manager make sure I was refunded, but she even offered to let me try again, this time what she hoped would be better quality, ontop of a refund, just to make sure I was taken care of.

Out if all stores, I find that sprouts has a top-notch customer service attitude which is nice to see , when so many business operate on...

My view, for a long time has been that EVgo is still 2nd best charging experience to chargepoint (who has always held the top spot in my opinion). Even though EVgo has overwhelmingly higher speed DC charging ports than chargepoint, which translates to faster filling of your EV, they can't occupy the #1 spot in my mind, unless and until they do away with their unnecessarily complicated payment system and the terribly long time ut takes just to turn their speedy pump on. Maybe I don't do enough to try & figure out their payment system well in advance before pluging into their charging stations, however by the time the electrons start filling up my Nissan's battery 🔋... I always feel that I've lost most of the time savings that DC Fast charging is supposed to give you, AND for about 4x the price I would have expected. I deducted half a star for each reason above, to be fair, I mean as I am now in my 50s I realize that these 2 issues I have with EVgo are just as easily my fault, so I don't want to be too nit-pickey. Big 5 Sporting Goods staff are very helpful when they're not socializing. 4 Stars. PetCo groomers are pathetic. Incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. My dog was supposed to be done in 2-2 1/2 hours and I was told that I would be called when it was time for me to go pick her up. The groomer verified my correct phone number before I left the building upon dropping my dog off. After almost 4 hours and no phone call I went to Petco to get my dog. The groomer then lied to me and told me that she had called me. I checked my phone again and told her that I have no log or message that she ever called. Again, the groomer lied to me and said that she had called my confirmed number and left a message. I then took my dog out to the car and discovered that the groomer had not trimmed my dog's nails--something I paid for. So I brought my dog back in and told the groomer that she didn't trim the nails. Again, the groomer lied to me and said that she had, indeed, trimmed the nails. I then made the groomer aware that she obviously had not considering there is still dirt under the nails. (See the dirty uncut dewclaw nail) Absolutely 0...
