Rummele's Jewelers Green Bay — Local services in Green Bay

On November 6, 2025, I contacted w Rummele’s Jewelers for a Rolex watch which I was planing to purchased after appraisals report done. After confirming the date, time, and cost through our emails, I drove 2.5 hours from Madison to Green Bay. They emailed me that they would do it for $200 and that they were available for the afternoon. Despite having emailed me a few days prior and receiving confirmation, when I arrived at the store, they refused to check the authenticity of watch. Even though I showed them the email they sent a few hours earlier and asked if they had decided to do this now??? They refused to provide service. I asked you to verify the authenticity of a watch. It's not hard to understand that they acted this way because they heard I was going to buy it from another seller. I'm not here to listen to your arbitrary service policy and the risks you refuse to take. I will never consider purchasing from this company again. Is it wrong to take a watch to a Rolex dealer and check its authenticity before purchasing it from another seller? If there is a rule or law according to that don’t make a schedule or put it everywhere!!!!!! I will complain about you on every platform I can use to file...

Avoid. Terrible customer service. Ordered a necklace online using credit card and followed up by email to ensure on-time delivery, including the order confirmation number. Was told that the most efficient way to process the transaction was to cancel my cc order and pay by bank wire. Sounded a bit sketchy. Decided to stay the course with credit card, since I could see on my bank that it had been processed. The next day I was notified by form email that the cc transaction was canceled (without explanation). I contacted the store directly again and was now told that the bank wire mandate was "policy"--and now too late to make the delivery on time. What legitimate business operating today would require an archaic bank wire instead of credit card--when their own website allows for a CC transaction??...
