I was only at Arthur Murray for about a month, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff alone go above and beyond to accommodate you with anything. They are easy to reach, always leave you messages to remind you of your next lesson, always have various social events for you to practice your dancing, mingle, and have an amazing time.
I had the pleasure of taking private lessons under Karol, and let me say, it's been a while since I left a place feeling very happy inside and out. I felt accomplished, I walked and talked with confidence, and I felt great about myself. I would come in the evenings after work and it was such a great release of stress. When I took group classes, the other couples, no matter the age difference between us, were welcoming and helpful. Angie, who's another instructor, stood in as my partner for some classes and she made us all feel very involved and together.
Now if you ever get Karol as your instructor, he will have the utmost confidence in you. Not only does he focus on making you a great dancer, but he shows interest in your outside life, communicating while you dance, willing to hear about your day; he's just very kind-hearted and I thought dancing with a stranger would make me feel uncomfortable and shy but it didn't take me long to open up and dance with attitude and style by the end of my lessons. He pushed me to my best abilities as a dancer, was very encouraging throughout, and I learned so much.
Brittney, whom I also had the privilege of working with, was the sweetest woman ever. She took time out to sit with me and talk and ask how I enjoyed the program, mentioning classes I may be interested in, always informing me of what's next, and she's extremely helpful.
Thank you everyone whom I had the pleasure of meeting.
Once again, the staff at Arthur Murray, make you feel like family. And that's something that schools, jobs, etc make it hard to come by. Different ages, different races, different dances, different events, but nonetheless, always supporting one another, and that's an awesome thing to walk into every day.
So thank you Arthur Murray for one of the best experiences of my life. I will always have you guys to thank for this new found glory I carry with me.
I will see you again and be back dancing and ready to...
Read moreMy Dad and I did our father daughter dance lessons for my wedding and I can honestly say I’m so sad the lessons are over! We have an absolutely amazing time with our instructor Daniel. He had such a fun and relaxing energy it genuinely made the whole experience so special and something I’ll always remember being able to do with my dad. He explained everything and took as much time as both of us needed to get the moves down and feel comfortable. Neither of us our dancers and we left our lessons feeling so much more confident and ready to take on the dance floor. My dad enjoyed it so much he signed up for more lessons with my mom. I would absolutely return and try different styles! All of the staff are so friendly and really seem like they all love...
Read moreCame here for our first dance class, the price is insane compare with other places, but they do not have schedule or plan for our music at beginning and not follow our music with our wedding settings. Till our last session, it is still so messy, and the teacher in class is not teaching well but continue tell us, wedding day is not gonna be perfect, just dance whatever, it will be good. Then why we came here for dancing classes?! Our 6 class sessions, there were like 3 sessions were wasting time without dance anything new or follow our music. I do not recommend people come here to learn first dance, since i can feel they want you to add session to make you pay...
