We just shopped at your Dollar Tree on Rt. 22 in Green Brook, NJ. We got on the only open lane. The older bald white man, who may be the manager, was carrying on an extended personal conversation with another customer. Seeing that, a very polite young lady named Cyanna waved us to her lane. The older white man told her not to check us out, rudely shutting off her light. So, we were forced to go back to his lane, where he claimed she was needed in the aisles.
If that's the problem, perhaps this rude old white person should take care of customers, instead of having a personal conversation. He seemed to be clueless that we live in a very diverse area, and his rudeness won't work here.
So, Cynna: 10/10, she'll have a better job soon. Bald old white guy, possible...

I went there today and bought a bunch of items I looked as she was scanning and some things came up 1.75 , I asked the cashier Shannon, why I was being charged 1.75 when the item in my hand had the sticker of 1.25 on it. She told me they were changing prices and that they did not change these prices yet. I asked her to get her manager because this was illegal as this is covered under the New Jersey consumer fraud act. Her manager Tammy came over , and said " I understand , there is no way to change it in the system " . She refused to do it. And its ridiculous. Read morePlace is very clean and organized! However, an employee spoke to me very rudely. There was no one in front at register at time, which I understand they leave to do other tasks. Another worker came and graciously open the register and helped us and understood my frustration. You can have a beautiful store but if the employees have ugly customer service, the welcoming decorum of the store is defeated. Once this factor is dealt with, the shopping experience would be delightful and more people would love...
