I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor customer service I received at your store. A representative named Karla or Carla was unprofessional and rude. I purchased shoes for my brother's birthday, but they were damaged, with scratches and a missing buckle piece. After being advised to return the shoes, I visited the store for an even exchange. However, the customer service representative instructed me to select another pair. Unfortunately, my brother's size was unavailable, so he chose a size 9 and attempted to try them on. Manager Carla intervened, stating that an exchange was not possible due to the shoes' worn appearance, essentially accusing my brother of dishonesty. She then walked away, unaware that I had followed her. I overheard her discussing the situation with a colleague, during which she referred to my brother as a liar. This led to a heated exchange between us, with mutual accusations. I believe Carla's behavior and attitude render her unfit for a management role. I have since contacted the corporate office, and they are assisting us in resolving the matter. I have shopped at Better High in-store previously and never experienced such...

Selection, quality, prices and staff are all great here! Definitely a great starting point for anyone needing a decent quantity of suits for work!

That being said the alterations department was disappointing. Paid $28 each for four pairs of pants to be hemmed, which isnt a bad price but they didn't actually hem any of them. Boyfriend got everything measured and marked but its like the tailor undid the orginal hem and then forgot to actually hem them to the correct length. They were busy with prom season but that is also the reason I agreed to come back the next evening to pick them up instead of the typical done in an hour that they advertise. I thought being able to see the stitching on the hem was odd but figured we maybe told the tailor the wrong thing given neither of us know anything about dress pants' cuffs. It was abundantly clear what happened though after he tried them on again at home and went from having maybe 2" - 3" extra in length to 5".

It was a wonderful experience with Carla but the ladies at check out were not friendly at all. My husband and I went to this store today to find some suits for his work. The lady named Carla was just wonderful. She went above and beyond to help him get all he needed. Finding his size and getting him measured. She also took the time to help match him up some shirts, ties and socks. No doubt he will be the sharpest dressed at work. Thanks Carla!!! Now the lady at check out was very nasty when I went past the wait here sign to look at some socks. She Told me I needed to get back behind the sign until my turn with a very hateful attitude. I told her I was looking at the socks. No mam. If it had not been for Carla being so nice we would have dropped the 3 suits and left and they would have lost our money. The lady checking us out was not friendly at all. Didn’t even say two words. Hopefully their manager can assist them in taking those sticks out their a$*. God bless...
