La Fiesta Greensboro — Restaurant in Greensboro

So this was my 5th time and last time coming to this restaurant . So let me tell you guys that there is such thing as modifying an item on the menu. Example a chimichanga plate PLAIN with JUST rice And cheese. Its what we ordered , she looks at us like we from some other world just because we ordered it that way then asks us about 3 times if we were sure about it and still managed to mess that up some how, even with me telling her in Spanish and English. This other lady finally comes with our food and we notice some red sauce stuff on our chimichangas that specifically asked not to be put on there . We tell her why and says shes been working there for about 15 years and that they have always made them that way, that maybe in other restaurant they might make it differently yet we told her we been there about 5 times now and always have ordered the same thing and not once until now has our order been messed up. my thing is that its irrelevant how long you worked there by now you should know that there are customers that order things in a specific way for whatever reason. Yet while my husband only had 2 small bites into the rice and I tasting it with the red sauce on my plate we hardly touched our food and still had the nerve to charge full price for both plate. ANY other restaurant would at least give you 50 percent ESPECIALLY when one of the plates were hardly touched. So not only did i drive 30 minutes there and back , we didn't get to eat and still paid full price. I think right about now its pretty self explanatory where I'm trying to get my point at. If i could give it no stars I for sure would . By the way that sauce you guys use on the chimichangas tasted like the same salsa you use for your chips ....

I quit eating at other Mexican restaurants once I found this place. The food is awesome and the service is always great. A lot of hard working employees here that know what they're doing!

Update, after years of eating here and the service always being top notch I had the displeasure of being waited on by Dayana yesterday. Never seen such a smart ass, appalling waitress. She couldn't get the order right, didn't know the menu, and tried to blame me for my order not being correct and told me how I should order it. If she didn't understand she could of easily asked for clarification. I'm very understanding of mix ups and mistakes but when the waitress tries to blame her repeated incompetence on me, its just poor customer service skills. I was a waitress for many years and would never act like that to a customer. I realize shes young and needs time to learn but she was more concerned with arguing and blaming and smirking at me than she was trying to be a decent server. This girl will run your business into the ground if you keep her there. She needs to find a job more suited to her attitude, something away from the public. I did leave a comment about this on your Facebook page and it was deleted. She's got a lot of growing up and learning to do. I will be back because every other server here is fantastic, but I will not be waited on by her again, I will walkout if I'm seated in...

I have eaten here for years but this last year has been disappointing! Now i dont have a problem paying for good food and their food is very good. However, the take out food portion is horrible!!!!! I work in the area so i order there a lot over the years. But today will be my last time. The take out order portuons will make you cringe. I can get more from Chipotle!!! And that says a lot! First off....the rice amount doesnt even cover the bottom of the plate! I ordered a Texano ACP which previously i swore was made with spinach cheese sauce... chicken.. and steak. However i was informed they dont ise the spinach. Thats fine, so i ordered my texano ACP ( chicken and steak and rice) with my cheese sauce ..and the chicken and steak amount is laughable if i wasnt still hungry at work.. This meal is $18+ tax.........theres no way i am still freaking hungry after a $20 meal for just myself. Thats ridiculous. If you are going to keep the prices high....please add more to your portions . The food is good but it isnt that good. I get more rice from the taco truck. The pics barely show the level......but i have no reason to lie.....i travel and spend money on good food .....check the...
