It sounds like Mint Indian Cuisine and Bar in Greensboro really makes an impression! I love how you highlighted the wide variety of flavorful appetizers like chili paneer, gobi Manchurian, and aloo tikki. They all seem to set the stage for a perfect Indian feast. As for the main course, I’m glad you clarified the naan options—adding butter naan, cheese naan, garlic naan, and bullet naan really rounds out the meal. It’s a great reminder that the naan has to be just as good as the curries, and it sounds like Mint really nails that with soft, flavorful options to complement the rich curries. The $9.99 lunch buffet is an absolute steal, especially when the dishes are authentic and the preparation is on point. Sounds like a fantastic spot for both regulars and newcomers alike! You’ve definitely sold me on the place—authentic, affordable, and a great range of flavors and textures. Thanks for the detailed rundown!

Mint Indian Cuisine & Bar is the new top Indian restaurant in town. The staff and owner are extremely welcoming and friendly. The food is very fresh and flavorful. It has just the right amount of spice. The colors are vibrant. Give the Tandoori Mix Platter a try. You won't be disappointed. The chicken, lamb, and shrimp were all cooked perfectly and served on a bed of vegetables in a sizzling iron skillet. The onion chutney was a perfect condiment to go with the tandoori meats. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and delectable. It went perfect with the rice and garlic naan. If you want something fresh and sweet to pair with your meal, you can't go wrong with a mango lassi. Not only is it beautiful, but it cleanses your palate between dishes and gives a break from the intensity of flavors. Watch out for the lunch buffet opening later this month or early next month. I'll definitely be back to give it a try.

I honestly don’t get why some people expect a huge variety at a lunch buffet that’s just $9.99. Sure, there aren’t tons of desserts and no goat curry, but there are still plenty of tasty options to enjoy! I would happily pay more for the quality. I even saw someone say the food was "bland", really? Maybe we got lucky, but everything we tried was flavorful and nicely spiced (actually, it might even feel a little too spicy if you’re not used to it!). The service was wonderful. The staff were so attentive, they kept our water glasses filled, cleared our plates quickly, and checked in on us several times. My husband and I went on a Wednesday, so it was calm and not too busy. I can imagine weekends getting more crowded but of course, people are going to show up for such a great $9.99 deal, just like we did! Overall, we had a really lovely experience and would happily come back again. Definitely worth it!

Mint Indian Cuisine & Bar is a new fixture here in South West Greensboro, and being curious I decided to go by for lunch for their buffet. First thing I will say, the 9.99 buffet specials is over. it is now 13.99 during weekdays and 16.99 on the weekend, which is what I paid. I understand this this is a increase in price, but I will say, it was worth that and more! The service was immaculate and the waitress was knowledgeable about the dishes and even recommended good side dishes to go with the mains at the buffet. The food on display smelled and looked delicious. Plenty to eat on the weekend buffet, at least 5 vegetarian dishes and 5 meat dishes adorn each side, I had a bit of both sides, and both were to my liking. The food tasted immaculate, and since it is a buffet I know they didn't add much spice to the main dishes so I know to order them for dinner as a spicier version to have an even better experience for me. I will say for those who don't like spice the buffet is a great option because everything is mild but you can still taste all the deep flavors of each dish. Also, I will say, if they have pickled mango on the line, try it! its not really sweet but it is a satisfying flavor to cut through the heavy flavored dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant and will come...

We recently visited Mint Indian Cuisine & Bar in Greensboro for the first time on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant is relatively new, but they’ve already set a high bar for quality and service. The food was authentic, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Our dishes were fresh and delicious. The naan was OUTSTANDING. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server, Kritina, was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home—she truly elevated our dining experience. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, with beautifully decorated walls featuring scenic images of India that add a cultural touch. The sanitation grade was excellent, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained—always a good sign of overall care. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. We left full, happy, and already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re in the Greensboro area and looking for great Indian cuisine with exceptional service, Mint is definitely worth...

I find it interesting to see so many non-Indian natives, suggesting the food is bland and not authentic, just because they ate at some "authentic" Indian restaurant somewhere else. Sorry to burst your bubble, but India is not a monolith and Indian food is not one thing. It may not be their preference but not every Indian spices their food to the same extent! We had the Friday lunch buffet at this restaurant and ate the vegetarian items - there were several to choose from and typical of most buffets. For me, the food tasted excellent and had the right balance of spices, heat, and flavors. There was a good variety of choices on the buffet and the server brought to the table some good naan as well. The service was exceptional, and the young lady server was very polite and friendly. An unexpected surprise were the over a dozen sketches on the walls (apparently drawn by an uncle of the owner) that transported me back down memory lane to my childhood in Mumbai. Overall a great experience and I will go here...
