Update: After leaving this review and discussing with my daughter's Dentist I received a phone call apologizing to us. They have submitted the insurance claim with funds to be dispersed directly to us instead of them and they are going to make us whole on the difference. While the initial experience was frustrating I do appreciate them putting in the effort to make it right. Dishonest Business! They claim they take your insurance when really they don't. They actually collect payment in full upfront (in our case we weren't advised of this) and then they submit an insurance claim. They submit for funds to come to them even though they have already been made whole and you are at their mercy to refund the funds back to you. Front desk is extremely rude and the lady rolled her eyes at my 19 year old who was smart enough to advise that she needed to call her mom. She then insisted that she told my daughter full amount was due at time of service when she booked the appointment which is a flat out lie. My daughter had her on speaker phone when she scheduled the appointment and we are 100% positive that no amount was given to us. In addition, when my daughter scheduled the consult and was told they take our insurance we were not advised that if my daughter actually needed the root canal our insurance was out of network for the procedure itself. Had we been advised of this we would have never gone there for the consult. We are out our time and money. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere and I will never recommend...

I was absolutely terrified about having a root canal. The office staff, assistants, and doctor were all very kind and compassionate. And the entire procedure from start to finish was nearly pain free. I was informed upfront that my insurance was out of network for them, which I understand was going to be the case with most any endodontist. However, they said they'd file on my behalf and I will get a reimbursement for the covered portion. Also, I was amazed that they fit me in on the same day, so that I didn't have to go the entire weekend in pain. I walked out fully functional, able to drive, and no facial swelling. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that genuinely made me feel my overall comfort was the top priority. Once I was taken back into the clinic, my chair had the loveliest view of well-stocked bird feeders bustling w finches and sparrows which helped immediately put me at ease. The technician and endodontist were incredibly kind and patient with my anxieties and took the utmost care to be sure I was pain free and informed throughout the procedure (a root canal in this case).
