Can't say enough about the lighting gallery. I was shopping for a fan that I could have got at a bog box chain and found LG's price to be competitive. They had modern tools to help us shop and fit the product that we otherwise would have been flying solo on a website. When we received our product it was defective but they were quick to replace it and then my replacement was damaged in shipping from the manufacturer. Ken the manager and his team helped rectify all my issues quickly and without issue. Customer service is a thing of the past for many retail operations but the lighting gallery stands out....
