Aritzia — Local services in Greenwich

I've enjoyed going to other Aritzia stores in the past, but the 5-6 times I've been to this location, the workers and customers have seemed very pretentious. Some workers are nice. But most only help and pay attention to locals. Everyone else is ignored. I was told I couldn't try on my clothes right away because the rooms were full. They took my clothes so I could walk around the store, but continued to take other customers into the rooms for about 15 minutes until I asked what the hold up was. The woman who took my clothes before had an attitude when asked, but gave me a room. A room with no mirror? I'm not sure if there was a mirror outside of the room, but at that point I wasn't interested in the clothes anymore. I bought a pair of socks, but after waiting 5 minutes by the register with no acknowledgement, a worker came over to help a customer who cut in front of me. They seemed to help some of the other customers very well, though, so if you're a local and look like you have a lot of money to spend, I'm sure this would be a great location for you. Disappointed. I went to the store to return something on sale with 10% off and expected to get store credit. The staff rejected me and told me it’s a final sale item because it’s sold on Black Friday. However, based on Aritzia’s return policy, only items with 50% or more off are final sales. On top of that, I received a prepaid return label within the box which means the item can be returned. No matter how I explained the situation the staff insisted this is a final sale and refused to give me store credit. I didn’t want to waste my time so I left and then went to another Aritzia store in NY. Another horrible experience in downtown Greenwich, CT. I have been a local to the area for over 20 years and it was a complete turn off shopping in Aritizia today. Not a single sales associate greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. I walked into the fitting room to try on a sweater and still no one assisted me. I put the sweater back on the floor and walked right out. The sales associate saw me walk out of the store and did not say "take care" or "have a nice day." The sales associates that work here should know better and make the shopping experience one to remember. I will never shop at this...
