If I could give this store and their employees a 10000000/5 I would without hesitation. The sweetest women worked there and the customer service was beyond phenomenal. I came on my birthday with two of my friends and the woman who was showing the charms and necklaces the store had in the front, Marie, was so kind and after I told her it was my birthday she showed genuine interest and we had a lovely conversation. She was so sweet and made my birthday even sweeter. She showed me the charms and jewelry and I picked out a necklace and when she put it in a plastic bag she added a smarties candy (Valentine’s Day edition I’m pretty sure) in there too and that little addition was so kind and appreciated. When I went to check out, the woman, Juliette, was just as kind and lovely and friendly as Marie. She was just incredibly sweet and when I gave her my money to buy the necklace, she went into the back and I thought it was to get my change. When she came back with my change, she told me “I added a little surprise in there for your brithday!” I couldn’t believe her generosity and kindness. All the women at the store were so kind and deserve the best! Not to mention how adorable and girly the store itself was! I have been a LSF admirer and consumer since the beginning! If you want to enjoy the complete & ultimate luxury experience of all things LoveShackFancy, I strongly recommend you visit their Greenwich boutique on the Avenue . This gorgeous store has the most current selection of the LSF line in addition to limited edition and hard to find pieces for the true LSF collectors. I’ve been in a number of times as I live in the area, and every single time is a pure pleasure. The boutique manager, Catalina Garcia is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable and a consummate professional & she has the most courteous & helpful staff of associates!! We came in this past weekend and she was instrumental in helping me style my tween daughter for her special occasion dream dress. Naturally, I had to purchase some beautifully Romantic cottagecore dresses and skirts for myself🤩 If you happen to find yourself in the fabulous town of Greenwich, definitely do yourself a favor and visit the exquisite LoveShackFancy boutique for clothing and accessories that are extravagant, exclusive, feminine high-quality pieces with a Couture flair. LSF is my all time favorite and the Greenwich staff is top notch!! Whenever I am in town, I try to visit this location. Last week, I was unable to come into the store for their sidewalk sale so Juliette accommodated that by offering a virtual appointment to shop with me. I felt so special and was beyond excited!! Juliette is so genuinely friendly, knowledgeable about the details and fit for each piece and was so patient to walk me through the store via Face Time. She is an absolute gem. Juliette has helped me other times I have visited and has always greeted me with the same enthusiasm.
