Great experience working with the team while their showroom is closed for renovations. Website gave clear instructions on how to still shop. Lynn the GM is very customer focused and Karin is knowledgeable of all aspects of the product, offers excellent suggestions based on our needs, very timely and thoughtful in her responses to us. Also sounds like the new showroom in Greenwich...

Elitist and very judgmental. Not to mention no one helped my wife and I look at products. I guess because we didn’t fit the Greenwich profile they turned their noses up at us. The company itself already has horrendous reviews but we thought the experience in a showroom would be different. I don’t plan on ever purchasing products from...

The showroom has a great collection and knowledgeable, personable experienced design staff ready to help you choose. Antonia and Lisa are reliable and responsive. Catherine was most accommodating and very quick to provide instructions for proper assembly.
