I have been to many Starbucks in my life and always receive the most outstanding customer service. Today was my first time at this location and I was blown away with how poorly I was treated. Sam was working as the cashier and she took my order. I know that there is a lot of different ways people like their Starbucks and I also know that I was not the first person to have a specific order for this girl. When I started explaining what I wanted she sighed, reached over for a cup to write on and rolled her eyes at me. Then after I asked for sugar free vanilla she gave a snarky laugh and treated me like I was stupid. I felt so uncomfortable that I dare not tell her I didn't want whip cream. So after ordering and paying for 3 drinks, I walked over to the pick up area to let the barista know that I didn't want whip cream. This girl was very sweet and apologized for Sam's uncalled for behavior and continued to make the drinks. She called out the order and of course it was wrong and as I was explaining what my sister and I had actually ordered, Sam over heard the conversation and rudely said that is not what you ordered. I explained to her again what I said as I ordered and instead of apologizing to me for the misunderstanding she got very defensive and said "Well that is not what I heard." I then said to her that it didn't surprise me that she didn't hear me correctly because she was to busy making me feel stupid for the way that I like my drink. At that point I figured being in the service industry she would apologize or at least try to be nice to me, but she wasn't she made another few rude comments about me to the client in line and rolled her eyes some more. I will never go back to that location again and I feel sorry for her co-workers that have to associate with her every day and apologize for her behavior to the customers. Sam needs to be in a career where she doesn't have to deal with customers or some training on...
Read moreI have been coming here for my daily coffee for almost 2 years, 4-5 days a week. Going to be going elsewhere from here on out… Ran out of chocolate up front? So my mocha becomes flavorless half the time, or they don’t fill the cup all the way, I paid for a large and get a medium because you didn’t steam enough milk. The barista’s are nice, but that doesn’t make up for literal incompetence on the daily. I rarely take a sip of my coffee from here and go, “sweet! That tastes good” I just expect it to be bad so I don’t tip ahead of time anymore, as why would I tip for bad service that I know is going to be bad ahead of time? I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate and hopefully the people shorting me on 7$ coffee will be reprimanded.
I don’t have the extra 10 minutes to wait for you to correct my drink. Make it right the first time, it’s coffee, it’s really not that difficult compared to literally any other job. You want to serve trash? Be a garbage man. I heard that’s pretty easy and...

Instead of vanilla latte i was given a water. Really ppl???? I was charged once then refunded then charged again then refunded, anyways tall coffee, grande vanilla latte and 2 pops costed me $13 in total? Does it make sense???? Ughhhh...
