If you have not been to Maggie Mae’s bookshop, you need to go! I love having a bookstore in downtown Gresham. Sho, the owner, is so warm, knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciate all of the events she has in her store bringing families and communities together and her support of local non-profit organizations. Diverse selection of books for my baby niece and bonus I found a bunch of great adult titles on sale for myself. I also love her gift section. Lots of fun stickers, cards, and tote bags. I love this shop so very much! It’s my favorite store to shop for books and unique gifts. Prior to the pandemic, I loved taking my daughter in to choose a new book. Now we continue to find new favorites by ordering online and picking up our order curbside or having it delivered. They also have in store appointments and walk-in options. I appreciate that they offer different options for families’ needs! The staff is always so helpful with any questions or shopping help.
