Small Favors Gift Gallery — Local services in Grosse Pointe

My daughter walked in to Small favors as she had done dozens of times before. Typically staff are nice, but not this time. Some rude arrogant short blonde woman with shoulder length hair and glasses RUSHED to the door when she saw my daughter walk in, abruptly and sarcastically told her “we’re closed” and shut the door directly in her face, whilst grinning in a mocking way. I’m not sure if it was racism, rudeness, or the inability to be kind, but If this woman has the audacity to act like this, she better hope I don’t walk in next time. ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Also have heard of this woman being extremely rude to other businesses in the village, so her putrid and immature behavior doesn’t necessarily surprise me. DONT GO HERE WHEN THAT WOMAN IS WORKING! When I find out her name, I’ll be sure to update my review with her information.

I've actually never set foot inside this gift shop, but it will be the first place I visit if I'm ever in the area. I live in CT and ordered a bag online from Small Favors. They shipped the bag the next morning but it got lost in shipping. Betsy was wonderful and went down to the post office to check on my shipment. When there was still no sign of the bag, she shipped another one out that arrived in just a couple days! Betsy stayed in touch with me throughout and made sure my gift arrived before Christmas!
