Rather than taking the easy route to order a couple yeti water bottles from amazon (free next day delivery), I wanted to support our new local store. The salesperson was super helpful ordering what I needed from another store, but one was incorrect (not checked at the store when it came in, before my wife picked it up). I called the store to ask if they could order the right one before they ran out (5 left in the system), and she said I had to come in with the incorrect item before that could happen, since I had to pay for it with my return. When I mentioned again that it was their mistake and I was just asking for them to get the right one in before they ran out, she said sorry just company policy that I had to come in 1st.
