The store is amazing and so is the quality. I shopped at this store in Mystic, Sunday, January 20, 2025. The poor review reflects upon an employee who thought it was more important to move me away from a counter, so he could fold shirts while I was shopping. Totally disrespected me and showed no customer service whatsoever. I don’t like posting a bad review. I just felt like he was hovering over me and annoyed when I took a shirt out to check the size and take a picture to send to my daughter so I can purchase it for my granddaughter.I don’t know his name, but he was a tall man with black hair. It’s a shame because such a nice store like that has left an impression on me to never go back. Now who couldn't love a shirt or sweatshirt with a big black dog on it? Really Love life off the leash clothing. Everytime I go in the staff is very helpful and their is a good selection. Love the colors and wish the dog was big on all the clothing. Some don't have the dog or some the dog is small,but whatever your preference they have a selection to chose from. My boyfriend and I have bought many items here for him and I. Sometimes though the Mystic traffic or parking is difficult but if you can get to it ,go. Pricey though. You will be spending some money in Mystic,but you got to expect that....
