I'm absolutely appalled by the service from this place. There was a woman, I'm not sure if she was in charge but she seemed to think she was, who wouldn't let us into the store without masks- which would be fine if she didn't change what she said or wasn't so rude about it. First she said they were "recommended", and if I had my mask with my I would have put it on. However, I had left it at home but no big deal because it's only "recommended", right? We also had to wait in line to get into the store because only 8 people were allowed in at one time. So after waiting our turn and getting the initial message of masks only being a suggestion, she changed her story and said that we couldn't come in without a mask at all. The tone she took with my friend and me was also absolutely unacceptable from anyone working in customer service. I'm almost sure stores are supposed to provide masks if they're requiring guests to wear them, but maybe not. She still didn't have to be rude about it. To make it worse, my friend and I were both fully intending on buying a pair of crocs from this store. So now we have to buy them online and the store missed out on two sales because apparently their retail workers don't know their own policies and have terrible people skills. I would not recommend this store...
Read morenot like Key West, sadly, there is No Bright Colored Crocks for Men here in Mississippi. (which is weird because all I wear are Bright Colored Crocks here, and I get Compliments on them all day long.. (Biloxi is a very colorful beachy town just like Key West)...

What in the Hell !? my heart sank ...
The reason why I Wear Crock shoes is Because Im allergic to Chemicals in all other shoes ... and Im not the Only one ... and since it was the ONLY size 10 Mens Crock in the store that was a bright color, I couldn't GET Any shoes at all.
and you SHOULDNT put Chemicals ON Crocks because the Absorb it! and it can Burn your feet..
thats why you have to be careful at gas stations with them, because if you step in gas, you basically have to soak them in the Ocean fora day to get the gas out of them ...
very disappointed, and surprised they didn't Know anything about chemicals in Crocs ...
Im Old, & I wanted to support The Local Crock Store but I Guess unfortunately I have to Order them online anyway ...

Read moreWe called my husband to find out his shoe size. He did not answer, so we left a message to call back ASAP. While waiting to check out we asked the cashier if we bought the shoes and the size was wrong before we left the store if we could just swap out the exact shoe for the correct size. He said sure. We checked out, took a few steps away from the counter, just then my husband called with the correct size. We reached the aisle with the same shoes, picked up the correct size and went to the counter to do an even swap. The same cashier said he would not swap them out. He lied. Very poor customer service. Mind you we bought 6 pairs of shoes. Will never go back in...
