I bought two bracelets and a necklace here. The very first night I wore bracelet #1, it broke and fell off. Fortunately my husband stepped on it and picked it up otherwise I wouldâve lost $54 on night 1. I wore bracelet #2 to church on Sunday, and when I was literally laying on the couch with my arm resting above my head, I felt something slide down. Bracelet #2 was broken. Again, first day ever wearing it. I took both broken bracelets back to the store and requested a refund. I was told they can come down and fix them or I can have a store credit. I asked what happens if it breaks again? She said if itâs within the 14 days then I can again come in for store credit. If itâs not within the 14 days or if it falls off again and we lose it, too bad. This is not a store I want to re-invest in. The production manager I spoke to told me this has never happened before but theyâve had new people coming in and itâs possible they didnât secure the clasp fully. When I pointed out that she is admitting there was a production error and still unwilling to make an exception to their refund policy, she got very defensive and backtracked. Their jewelry is beautiful but customer service is illogical and prices are much too high for a product that doesnât last. I get it if it was one bracelet, but it was both of them....
   Read moreSo I have bought a few items from Victoria Lynn. I spent a couple of hundred dollars on my last visit and was planning on doing so today. So I went in and was trying bracelets on and decided on 2 that I was going to purchase so I moved on to the shirts. The young girl comes and asks me to hold the bracelets âSince I was now shopping for shirtsâ which wasnât a problem but then the phone rings and she answers it and sheâs standing next to me saying âyes maâamâ hangs the phone up and asks me to show her my wrists. Like I previously said I have multiple Victoria Lynn bracelets that I am sure they can look up in my account. I showed her my wrist and she asked me to turn them for her. This intern made me feel very comfortable because thereâs other guests in the boutique that Iâm sure is hearing her pretty much search me because I have on Victoria, Lynn, jewelry that is obviously old and worn so feeling uncomfortable. I set the shirt pattern down that I was going to purchase and started walking to the door and she just says have a good day like she was happy I was leaving so there went my two to $300 purchase I was about to make. PS. I drove 30 minutes to come here specifically. And I understand that people tend to be dishonest but I did nothing to make anyone think I was doing...
   Read moreOk bought a bracelet last week for a Christmas gift and the two girls that were working in there that day had no idea about any of the merchandise. Came back a week later and was going to exchange the bracelet for a different one, and they did not have anything that would work, and still the young girls they had working today also had no idea of their merchandise.
I then said well just refund me my money, and I was told they donât do refunds anymore.. I was like that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. I spend quit a bit of money in there every year, well that all stops now. I will never buy another thing from them, and who ever the owner is, should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to work there that have no idea about their merchandise! Just a sorry...
