I wanted to make sure I give this review because I didnât get a chance to review after my last visit. Unfortunately, this store still has the same issues. My last visit, I wasnât greeted, nor was I offered help. The associates were more concerned with their sales numbers as I overheard an older black lady saying that they had made so many thousands for the month and had met their goal. I asked for help and the lady never left from behind the register, she instead thought it was best to give me verbal instructions on what I was looking for rather than show me. The second visit I was with my family and we were looking to purchase some items, asked for help and their attitudes were very nonchalant. There was a nice white female who attempted to help as she seemed to be working the store while two other associates sat behind the register talking to each other. The culture in this location is not up to Coach standards. I shop at the Micheal Kors store across from Coach and always feel welcome there, they even know me by first name. I hope this store improves because customers have plenty of other places to shop thatâs close by., and one day your numbers might not be where theyâre suppose to be, maybe then you will appreciate and attend to your...
   Read moreWent in to get my wife a new purse, needed help trying to find something and a young lady came to my assistance, then while she was mid sentence trying to help me, a older woman, who I assume is a supervisor pulled her away from helping me to go to the register, when there was already someone at the register and there were only 2 people shopping in the store at the time. The young lady was confused as to why she was being pulled away while she was literally helping me at the moment. I addressed the assumed supervisor by saying, âI guess I didnât need help, right?â Where she then responded âokay,â not caring or offering me any extra assistance. This is not the customer service or experience I would expect from a Coach store of all places. Iâm sorry for the nice young lady that originally helped me, and was the only one who even spoke to me the whole time, because this review does not reflect the great service you gave me for the short time your assumed supervisor allowed you to assistant me, guess she assumed I couldnât buy or that my money just wasnât good...
   Read moreThey closed the store 10 mins early. I knew what I wanted and they would not let me in. They blamed it on COVID and max capacity. I called to speak with the store manager Kelly ( if that was even the real store manager.) she did not sound like a manager, if that was my store I would invite the customer to come back and allow to make the purchase. Upper management should reconsider this store manage. As a store manager she should put her customers first, I know I would. Iâm sure they could have used the sale, itâs not like customers are beating down the door to buy stuff.
