Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Rocky and Ms. Brenda at the Zales Outlet in Gulfport while shopping for a pair of black diamond stud earrings for my sonâs Christmas gift. Ms. Rocky was my sales representative, and her customer service was nothing short of exceptional! She welcomed me warmly and took the time to show me all the available options online since the store didnât carry the yellow gold version I was looking for.
Ms. Rocky went above and beyond to help me compare sizes and explore a variety of options to ensure I found the perfect pair. She even informed me about the military discount and walked me through signing in on ID.me to verify my status, saving me an additional 10%âa detail I wouldâve otherwise missed.
Unfortunately, the earrings I selected had a delivery date of December 30, which wasnât ideal for Christmas. So, I decided to check out other stores and online options to see if I could find a better deal or delivery timeline. After visiting multiple stores and websites, nothing came close to the unbeatable deal Zales offered.
Thanks to Ms. Rockyâs incredible service and the detailed information she providedâincluding the item numberâI was able to place the order online from the comfort of my home. On Christmas Day, Iâll just show my son a picture of the earrings and tell him to âenjoy the anticipationâ until they arrive. đ

   Read moreMy husband and I ordered/bought our wedding bands from here. I'm not sure he is 100% satisfied with his purchase, as he liked one better from Kay, but our saleswoman was very pushy. I had to order my band from the website (with the help of our saleswoman.. Brenda.) because they didn't have anything in store that would work with my engagement ring (I needed a gold contour band... she tried to sell me a white gold one!!) Our wedding was 5 weeks away - I was told by my saleswoman, Brenda, that it would be delivered to the store in a week and would be resized for my size (6 1/2) in two weeks. Come to find out, my ring wasn't going to be delivered for three weeks. I called the store to ask Brenda what was up, and she told me I needed to call the website customer support.. So I do, and the woman tells me if Brenda had looked at the screen while she was ordering my ring, she would have seen that the delivery day has always been three weeks out. I canceled my order. Shame on us for waiting so long to buy our wedding bands, but also shame on Brenda for being deceitful about the timeline to make a sale. She told me I could wear the band that was too big for the ceremony if I didn't want to risk it, and then I could part with it for two weeks while it got resized... Seriously?! I ended up going back to Kay and treating myself to the beautiful guard that was 3x the price as the simple contour band I almost ended up with. If not for anything else, then for the wonderful customer service I received at Kay that made me want to go back there. I will not be going back to...
   Read moreMy husband purchased a necklace for me which unfortunately I tried to take back. Upon entering the store I asked for the associate that assisted him with the purchase. Once she was done I told her that I wanted to return it. I was told I couldn't even though I had his identification and card but was still not allowed to make the return. I asked to speak to the manager, Lakenya Stokes who was extremely rude and was told flat out no it couldn't be done that I would have to get him there to do this. I handle majority of his business due to the hours that he works. This was very upsetting and frustrating. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Lakenya was both insensitive and not understanding at all. She has no idea what a person is going through at that moment and she did not care. If she is going to remain in a management position which I feel she is not qualified for, then she needs more training on being empathetic to her customers. I fully intend to take this up the full corporate office. I called in this morning to get her full name and she was rude and hung up the phone. Now how is that for customer service. Never will shop at this place that provides poor customer service again. Thanks...
