I can't believe how rude one of the customer service reps was today. My mother and I went to checkout and she wanted to sign up through the nike app when she heard you could get a discount. She was trying to figure the application process. A young lady working the counter then told my mom in a not so polite manner that the store was closing. We apologized and my mom stood to the side trying to get her account setup, but had technical difficulties. The young lady comes around a second time and ask very impatiently "what are you all doing, are yall still trying to sign up?". We apologize again and are ready to give up on the signup process. Then minutes later, she asks my mom a third time from across the register "Are you ready to checkout or not?". My mom is 62yo and didn't hear her. The young lady then frustratingly storms off and walks past us cursing under her breath. I've never seen this level of disrespect from someone that i presume to be in their early twenties towards a lady in her 60s. We complained to another employee there that we would be writing a review and didn't seem to get much of a reaction. I will never frequent this location again after this type...
Read moreMy step son and wife went into Nike and got a pair of shoes and some shirts that his dad sent him money for, they refused him a military discount at 17 due to him grabbing the money out of his mother's wallet. The shoes ended up being to small and I took him back to refund the purchase and then rebuy the shoes with him giving them the cash to receive his military discount that he should have gotten the day prior. While making the transaction, I was rudely interupted by the "front desk manager" because he was upset that we were getting the discount that he denied the day prior. He then called his store manger to the desk and I explained what was going on. The front desk manager said it was because my son didn't have his ID but that was false. My son did have his ID. We finally got our discount because what we were doing was 100% legal and shout out to the guy in the blue shirt checking me out, because he handled it like a champ. Read moreI love the fact that I can get the same shoes that's at the big name retailers for a fraction of the price. However, I just purchased a beautiful pair of air max's and one of the shoes is dirty. The stain will not come out. I would have let it slide if I could have cleaned the stain away. I paid $75. I do have my receipt. I will take them back for an exchange and hopefully they still have my size. It was 15 minutes until closing time as they are closing earlier than normal due to all that's going on. So I couldn't call or go back. I don't live very close so it is disappointing that I didn't notice it in the box in the store. The store clerk may have missed it as well. A picture of my new unworn shoes. Bought about an hour ago.
