We Wait in the cold 3 hrs. in line to make one little purchace. One comes out one goes in. Two out two in etc... one out 2 in??? Wait??... One out. We wait in the cold. 3 out we are left in cold. Another out. Still we are left, feeling more than cold. 5 more leave before we are allowed in the store. So do we take up the space of 10 people? I cant believe the discrimination now harrassed. Then im embarrassed in front of my wife and everyone by greeter asking if we are together upon entry. Seriously i had just got things smoothed over from the 3 earlier that repeatedly kept turning around to give me the eye. Now the greeter wants to ask ME this. Ok maybe this 70% off ENTIRE store sign may smooth this over. So we finally get to the smartwatch counter i ask whats the total with 70% discount. "Oh the entire store is only 15%". The sign only refers to everything except what i waited 3 hrs. In cold to purchace I am told. And this clerk has the nerve to argue about whats printed on her sign. Inexcusable actions. My first impression was good. I had 2 lady's help me,but when I went to checkout the boy was too concerned about getting off than paying attention to the customer and didn't know what he was doing. He almost didn't charge me for one handbag then he overcharged me by scanning things twice. I realized it after I got back to my vehicle and went back to correct the situation with the manager. This place needs a new manager. She made something simple extremely complicated and inconvenient. I had to stand there after they saw earlier I had a service dog for over 15 minutes for her to look at video footage even though the boy who checked me out was next to me buying stuff himself and could of verified it. I walked in with my baby in her stroller and the staff was helping everyone in the store and it was pretty full in there. Well i looked around a bit and found someone to help me. She did a great job of helping me find my very first MK something which was shades and she helped me to keep my baby from grabbing stuff off of the shelves (she is 1.5 years old) while i shopped around. The sales were not as great has Coach but the staff was great and had fun dancing with my baby while i was purchasing my shades. I will come back to this store when i get more money because the prices are almost just as much as purchasing from Dilliard's or Macy's, but still a good...
