Kate Spade Outlet — Local services in Gulfport

I came in a few days ago and was profiled!!!! I have been a customer there for years. I was greeted when I walked in but was not asked if I needed help finding anything which I was looking for a birthday gift. As soon as I pick up a pair of sandals the lady RUNS over to me and tells me the price, im immediately offended, then I look at earrings and SHE LEFT THE NICE LIGHTSKINNED CUSTOMERS she was helping and ran over to me and I just had it at that point and told her to stop following me. I purchased a set of pjs that were 70 dollars!!!!!!. I've never felt so profiled and disrespected in my entire life especially in a DISCOUNTED STORE!!!!. GET IT TOGETHER. Yes. I was dressed in baggy clothes and I looked a mess. but I just checked out of my hotel cause i was on VACATION!!! and was about to take a two hour drive home and I thought it would be great to stop in and BUY a birthday gift before...

I was looking for this bag everywhere but my local stores were sold out and the resellers were up-charging. I posted about it on Facebook on a Kate Spade page and Ms. Hollie Oliver reached out to me saying her store had one left.

I didn’t know Kate Spade takes orders through text and I expected that the bag would be a floor model (which I was also fine with), but to my surprise, it wasn’t!

It was completely new from the warehouse and packaged thoughtfully. I also appreciated the notes that were written on the box because it was sweet to read as I opened it. They went above and beyond even with the hurricane that passed by.

The bag is BEAUTIFUL and I can’t stop staring at it. I’ve already received many compliments. I’m super grateful Hollie reached out to me—especially for the price I was able to purchase it for.

Overall, an amazing experience...

Over the weekend my sister and I visited the store and we were very disappointed with the staff. We came in to purchase my mom a “happy”. When we went in no one acknowledged us. A group of ladies came in and a sales woman in a green dress came overly excited to help the ladies and started giving them the run down of everything that was on sale in the store. I went to the lady and asked if she could go over the sales items again and she told me rudely there were signs listed for everything so just look around. I immediately got my sister and we left. I had intentions and was excited to make a purchase but I guess to your workers don’t think all money spends the same. Again I was excited about making a purchase, but maybe I should stick with my store...
